Do NOT GO THERE!!! The employees are rude and try to tell you they’re in the middle of a shift change to avoid taking your order if you’re in drive thru. I parked my vehicle so I can see inside the store and the employees were standing around talking. No money was being counted, no food was being cooked. NOTHING but them talking. It didn’t look anything like a shift change! I waited 20 minutes for a “shift change” just to get told it’ll be a longer wait! My daughter was hungry and I was there to get food for her. After exchanging words with one of the employees and calling them a sorry establishment, I’ll never be returning and I actually live in Prescott! I hate to see a once good restaurant turn into crap like that. Definitely not a real business anymore.

If you are ever wanting food quickly or are craving something specific here, don't bother. This place will either be out of a primary ingredient, not accepting cards, not accepting drive thru orders, or just be closed all together. Business is too inconveniencing for their employees.

Very rude girls, actually threw my food on the counter when ready and then walked away. Also gave people their food that came after me. Yeah don't recommend this place to anyone

Actually googled this while on vacation while in Hot springs nothing super fancy (which we wasn't looking for fancy either) but food was excellent a service was even better highly recommend. Ordered the fresh guacamole and it's brought to your table and made in front of you even the avocados are peeled at your table.

Worst service ever from this young girls. Workers just laughing of their own mistakes, texting while cooking , not mating any attention to customers, not be able to handle a ten meal order.. everything was mixed on one bag .

All of them made fun of the way we were speaking
Would turn look at us and laugh
We told them that the soda machine had no flavor instead of fixing it they just said for us to go to store.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. YOUNG LADY AT DRIVE THRU SO BUSY LOVING ON HER PINK I PHONE SHE DIDN'T KNOW SHE HAD A CUSTOMER! THEN WHEN SHE LOOKED UP SHE ACTED ANNOYED I WAS CUTTING IN ON HER PHONE TIME. FOOD IS COOL. NO BREAKFAST BURRITO WHICH IS STRANGE
