Solid concept especially this surf and turf takeout option. Looks great and tasted decent, i just wish it hit a little more, it didn't really hit the spot based on how good it looked. I would still get it again tho

I can't believe how packed the bowl was with ingredients - I ended up sharing it with my family! Gauc has definitely raised the bar for me, and I need to upgrade my bowl game!

As a self-proclaimed foodie, I've tried various bowl options at places like CAVA, Chipotle, and Mosh Mexican Grill. But Gauc takes the cake! The quality and quantity of ingredients are top-notch, and the flavors are incredibly rich.

The staff is super friendly and cool, making the experience even more enjoyable. Although it's a small spot, the outdoor dining area is lively and perfect for the spring and summer months (May to September, and sometimes even October).

I'll definitely be back to try more menu items and ingredients - and I'll make sure to add some photos to this review next time!

We found this amazing place to eat thanks to Google. We have found a new favorite spot to eat! I wish we had one of these restaurants closer to us! But every time we drive to NYC/ Long Island area we will be eating here. The fresh ingredients are amazing with every bite!

Absolutely a waste of money if you get a “too good to go” deal from them. They had the nerve to make a disgusting burrito with sweet potatoes in it. No meat at all. The second burrito had 6 tiny specs of chicken. Meanwhile the guy before me got loaded meaty burritos from the same “too good to go” deal. There was only one difference, he had zero melanin. I wouldn’t even order a bottle of water from this place again.

I'm so heartbroken to see how downhill this place has gone upon it's multi-location expansion. When I worked in the area ~ 5 years ago this was my favorite place on the planet, I went for lunch multiple times a week. The last few times I've gone back in the last year, the shrimp tacos were plain AWFUL. I ordered delivery one day not knowing that this place thinks it's acceptable to serve you 1 or 2 shrimp on a taco and charge you full price by calling it a "full serving". I think the worst part is they changed the sauce they make them in and it now has a horrible taste. I figured this was a one off so I went into the Garden City restaurant to order the next time and was told if I want more than 2 shrimp on my taco its going to be an extra $1 per shrimp I wanted to continue liking this place so much that I even went to the Wantagh location to see if the food was redeemable and somehow it was worse. Incredibly disappointing. If I wanted to spend $25 on lunch I'd just go to Chipotle.

Don't let the long line scare you away- it's there because the food is really good. It also goes much quicker than you expect. The service is organized and expeditious. Management is hands on and made sure to ask me how I was enjoying my lunch and if he could do anything to make it better. I came here with my 3 toddlers (who aren't always easy to please). They liked their quesadilla and fit nicely into the booth, which was nice as it's a small place. For my lunch, I got a rice bowl with chicken, beans, corn, and the spicy sauce, which wasn't too hot but gave it a little kick. Fresh and tasty. Overall, it's a great place to get quick and easy bite for lunch or dinner.

Always have a great experience here, this is one of our favorites in the area! Was ordering for a friend and had a particularly complicated order for them and the girl helping us was really nice, patient, and got everything right!
