Do not buy mozzarella cheese from this brand. I purchased it from a local Mexican grocery store and it tastes super artificial and upon closer inspection of the ingredients, I know why. Mozzarella cheese is the fourth item on the ingredient list, meaning this “cheese” contains more water, palm oil, and milk proteins than actual cheese. The reason they’re able to get away with it is because the bag is labeled “mozzarella cheese product” instead of just mozzarella cheese. This product tastes like artificial cardboard and doesn’t melt. DO NOT BUY.

I bought a two pound bag at a local supermarket the bag said shredded mozzarella cheese and specified it was good for pizza , pasta lasagna, etc. I was making homemade pizza that evening and waiting for friends, I baked my pizzas like I always do and everything in my pizza cooked just fine but the "cheese " never melted, I wonder what kind of poison they use in their supposed cheese... plastics and chemicals of God knows what. The reason why I bought it was because of the two pound bag without knowing it was goin to ruin my evening and make me look like I had never made a pizza in my life. I'm really upset at this people, sure hope they get enough complaints. I'm going to write them a letter and take it from there

They use chemicals and partially hydrogenated oils in their cheeses. Why?! Absolutely disgusting and I'll never buy a product from this brand. My mother bought something from this company, I saw it and looked at the ingredients list then immediately threw out the product.

The Artesanal Cheese, Queso Fresco Campestre, is very good, the price, not bad considering the economy, BUT you show "Wrapped in banana leaf", "Envuelto en hoja de banano". Now, as a hispanic from Honduras, who has eaten this type of cheese, wrapped in real banana leaf-(it does add flavor to the cheese)- i find it kind of insulting that you would wrap a piece of green plastic around the cheese and call it banana leaf. Come on, man! Maybe for the gringos or other ethnic groups this may seem like a nice touch, but not for those of us south of the U.S. border. Shame on you. I'm tempted to post this on Twitter, Facebook, and other social mediums but I'll wait for your response as to why add a slice of green plastic and call it banana leaf.
