The girls at checkout turned a quick & easy trip into a drawn out time-consuming aggravating ordeal. No prices are marked in the greenhouse area, nothing. Having walked back and forth numerous times, the girls misquoted prices, charged wrong prices, sent me on a goose chase from one end to the other and then rang it up wrong - three times! She said the computer doesn’t generate receipts on the refunded tickets, and unbelievably the total amount paid is STILL incorrect. It’ll be awhile before I waste another afternoon dealing with incompetence.
***Edit. A second visit to the Mountain Home store on 9th Street (In hopes of a better experience) the exact same thing happened!! picking the prices out of the sky on gardening products, the total was double what it should've been. Oh, she didn't know what the name of the item was so she just picked something off of the list. No sweetheart, so again holding up the line, again correcting the order.
BTW, I'll be back to return your "ORGANIC compost". At the bottom it says it is not safe for pets. If it isn't safe for pets you think I want it in my vegetable garden! You'll be getting it back.

Excellent people, a fairly good supply of farm and ranch supplies. Fair prices and good sales when they do them. Their website isn't so good, but having three business inside the gates and actually having staff that's there to assist far makes up for the online presence (which doesn't really matter for things you need to see and inspect anyway, which is most of the products here). They have an impressive amount of smaller tractors and implements to tackle most lighter-duty farm and ranch work. The amount of mowers in stock allows folks to find something in nearly every budget and need. Honest people providing quality products and services, bought from their Midway and Mountain Home stores with equal positive results.

I love this little store! It might not be as expansive as other national chains, but the folks are nice here, and they have fairly decent prices on most things.
This is the only place I'll buy my animal feed locally though. Can't beat the price for the quality!

Didn’t have a very friendly environment. Was told I could get my chicks Friday but then they said Saturday and then when I called they said I couldn’t pick them up for 2 days. Which I completely understand but they could have told me when I ordered them. Very expensive as well.

Went to Greggs for Ups dropped off a young blond hair lady was busy at the counter. She aknowledged me and and said for me were to put the PKG after she took care of a customer she took care of the PKG made sure it was ready to ship very professional service recommend Greg's farm service to Do UPS business with.
