This is a review of the weed control service that I signed up for late last year. I indicated to the sales person that I was a snowbird here in AZ and was gone 5 months of the year and needed weed control. He assured me this service was ideal for this and had a 6 month guarantee.
I recently returned and found the backyard full of weeds. Some weeds so large my wife was unsure if they were plants we planted. Called to cancel weed service and talked to someone who said a special department handled cancellations and they would be in touch. They have not. No issues with the pest control but feel I have no choice but to cancel both services.

Green leaf has always been top notch Everytime I have called them. They have early appts and always show up on time, gives you an ETA and show true professionalism. I called them out to a property in Sun city after our demo and they came out did their inspection and told us we have TERMITES. He educated us and showed us where their tubings were. They were hiding behind the tiled shower. He gave us a great deal (my friend owns his own pest control in CA and told me yup that’s a great deal). Next day they came out and treated the house. I can definitely see why a termite treatment cost so much because of the process they have to do, but they did a great concrete patch up and was pretty fast and thorough. Great customers service!

They answered my voicemail message
I left before they even opened up for the day. Then they were able to come out on a Saturday within a few hours of my call! They charged me half price & sent the sweetest technician who was so thorough & quick...the entire experience was great. AND I feel like I can sleep tonight...thanks to Greenleaf!!!! Homemade chocolate chip cookies for the next technician who comes!!

I wish I had caught the name of my last technician cause he was next level awesome! He was super friendly and actually took pride in his job, something very hard to find these days. He was the very first technician to ask me if I could open the garage door so he could set traps inside. I really appreciated his attention to detail. He should most definitely be training technicians that’s for sure. Thank you for being over the top sir, I wish I could give you a proper shout out!! Hopefully corporate will comment your name along with my review… Also, I RARELY ever leave reviews, that’s how happy I am:)

I am so happy with the service Greenleaf Pest Control provided. From my initial conversation with Savannah to my interaction with the tech, it was top notch. The price for my bi-monthly service is very affordable. And if we get and uninvited “guests” before the next service, they will come out and address them. Just the piece of mind the ants and scorpions will not camping out inside my house is amazing. I called this morning to start service and the tech was out mid afternoon. Thank you so much ?
