I never write reviews, but Greenhearts is out of this world. We have been receiving the CSA boxes for about a year and it is always high quality and delicious. There is no doubt that we eat better because of this box. I feel so grateful to Farmer Paul and the folks who work hard at Greenhearts to provide us with such incredible produce. I love Greenhearts so much! Every delivery is the highlight of my week. The produce is so fresh, and a lot of it is honestly the best I've ever had. Farmer Paul really adds a personal touch with his notes, and it's nice to have recipes for fruits and vegetables I am new to. Aurora is amazing and has been very responsive whenever I have questions. Love that I can buy local, and I don't have a car so the delivery is super helpful.

These folks are the best! After a confusion with my delivery address, Aurora called me to inform me that Farmer Paul would personally deliver my box to make sure I got it. Getting their box is now one of the highlights of my week. The produce is super high quality, and I don't think I will ever go back to getting my fruits and vegetables from any other place.

Wow! So impressed with my CSA box! I received a gift certificate for 1 fruit + veggie box and received the delivery today! The day before the delivery, I received an e-mail giving me a heads up that my delivery is arriving this week, and what items to expect inside. This is amazing so I have an idea of what to expect, and not have to overbuy things at the store! I even received a text message once my order was delivered. Everything in the box was so fresh and beautiful, like it came straight from the farm! Highly recommend.

We LOVE belonging to Greenhearts CSA. The folks at Greenhearts put their hearts and backs into sharing incredible produce with us: I’ve never been disappointed by a box, and I can easily say the produce is head and shoulders above what you can buy from most grocery stores in San Francisco. If you’re considering signing up, just do! You’ll eat better, be more thankful, and support local farmers devoted to doing right by each other, the land, and all the folks they feed.

I have never written a review I more firmly stand behind than this for Greenhearts. I know it may sound silly to say but these weekly produce boxes have changed my life. Not only is the produce some of the best I have ever had, but what’s more is that I feel by supporting Greenhearts and other local farms that I am part of something greater. This box connects me to community and a family of people who care about others through the food they put in their bodies. I hope you find as much love in these boxes as I have.

Very happy with the food from Greenhearts!! I started ordering boxes a few months ago and I wish I did it earlier - the food is super high quality and always comes with a nice variety of fruits and veggies (and other options like chicken). I love supporting local business and food quality is so important to me now, so I feel really good about this choice!

Receiving this box each week makes me feel connected to the foggy San Mateo coast in a very real way! Our family gets a box of super fresh, nutrient dense food delivered to our apartment in San Francisco every Friday. It's fun to open the box and read the note from Farmer Paul about his week on the farm. After I read the note, I wash and store the fruits and vegetables. This task is both meditative and useful because while I do it, I get familiar with that week's produce and I get ideas about the salads and dishes I'll soon be preparing. Then, as we consume these brightly colored vegetables throughout the week, we are nourished by the farmers and by the land at Greenhearts Family farm. We've been customers from the early days and feel a high level of trust and of gratitude for the labor of love that Greenhearts Family Farm is. There is something so fun and cool about having this connection to the clean air and land of the Half Moon Bay coast--and to the people who grow food on that land. It's all fairly close to the city, but it feels even more immediate through my relationship with Greenhearts. This review is starting to feel like a PSA, but I feel evangelical about this business! You can support local farmers and provide the best possible food for yourself and for your family by signing up to receive a weekly CSA box. The farmbox feels like love at the door every Friday, and I'll be a customer for life.
