This is great. Farmers market and has such a variety of different items and farms. You want organic grass fed animal..check...organic homemade gluten free blueberry bar of soap..check.. I didn't know there were 10k different types of apples but you know what they say.... Don't drink Friday night and come get a cheese sandwich....

Nice farmers market in Lincoln park. One booth had an excellent selection of apples! Pretty good grilled cheese at Gayle’s and picked up some blueberry vinegar and maple syrup.

We actually came to the zoo and parked our car next to the parking lot next to the farmers market.

I loved this farmers market. So many vendors, selling fruits, veggies. Pumpkin season is here saw much of that.

Raw honey, farm eggs and meat available.

You want to buy plants or flowers you will find them here.

Baked goods as well.

Great market on Saturdays with some good vendors. Found some lovely baked goods, vegetables and meats for our dinner.
Some had longer lines than others, but everything moved quickly.

I absolutely love farmers markets, so when I heard about Green City Market I knew I had to check it out. It’s in such a nice location (located in Lincoln Park), I went on a rainy day and everyone still had a smile! They have so many things to choose from, some of my personal favorites were, The coffee, fresh baked bread, oyster mushrooms, basil plants, apple & cherry turnover/ more pastries, fresh jam and grass fed beef! Lots to choose from and reasonably priced! Also super close to the zoo if you want to make a morning of it!

There's a lot to get here! We got plants for our balcony garden. The breakfast sandwich we had at Mint Creek Farm was delicious!! Got freshly baked bread from Bennisons bakery, got flowers there from Matt Hoff Garden. There's a lot more stalls to see. I also love those musicians that added a great good vibes in the surroundings. We will come back to try other stores there. It's really cool!

I have only had one bad experience with the produce here. I had bad peaches one time, but that is to be expected with farm fresh produce. The rest of the items I bought (herbs, fruit, veggies, cheese, bread, etc) have always been high quality. Most of the tents are foodfare, but there is the ocational product tent. There are some ready to eat food venders in attendance, like a reoccurring grilled cheese vendor and a smoothie tent. It is pet and wallet friendly.

Pleasant vendors and a great choice of produce and pastries. I also purchased honey and cheese. My friend ordered donuts and ham to be delivered to his family. I only wish I had discovered it much earlier 😃❗️
