Picked up a pizza and finger dinner. Pizza was super greasy and sloppy. It just fell apart. The fries that came with the dinner were very soggy and some were undercooked. I asked for a ranch and hot sauce but got 2 blue cheese instead. We will not be going back. We haven't ordered from here in months, hoping the time we wait will be worth it. Still the same outcome. Disappointed.

Worst sub I have ever received and I have always liked Grassos. I ordered by phone for picked up. When I got home I found my sub to be burned!!!!!! When I bit into it, all I could taste was burnt roll. So I peaked off the burnt bread and had to eat it as such—still had a burnt taste to it. Very disappointing, but I was gone already; had a busy day so I wasn’t about to wrap it up and take it back. But they lost my business!!!

We love Grassos. They have been our baseline pizza for more than 10 years and we measure every other pizzeria against them. Their pizza is fantastic, their stuffed peppers are excellent, their bread sticks are really good and you get a lot of food for the price. Their wings are good, not great, and their subs are pretty standard. They are an excellent value compared to other places in the area. We always order our pizza with lite sauce and it is perfect every single time. They also have the best white pizza around, in my humble opinion, and the mashed potato pizza is everything you need to warm your soul on a dreary day!

Whether in Buffalo or any other of the many places I have travelled…I am not sure I have ever seen a greasier slice of pizza. I mean, the dough was saturated with grease & felt like I was biting into a wet piece of bread. See the photo below for how much grease ONE slice of pizza leaked into a takeout container.

On top of this — my family has ordered from here before for full pizza/wings/etc. The order is almost never correct (or, as a bonus, the pizza is undercooked!) and they have horrible customer service regarding this. They’ll hang up on you if you call in, tell you to scram and they’re busy if you go back to the store.

100% would not recommend. There are too many great pizza places in Buffalo. Ronny’s is up the road & Picasso’s is in the village. Don’t deal with these clowns — the only thing keeping them in business is the fact that they are across from a high school.

I am newly gluten free and I ordered a pizza, stated size “large” but more like a med/ small, but the pizza was really good!! Fresh mushrooms and pepperonis were charred how I like them! My kids had a turkey sub and fries which both are always good! Service was at the pick window which was fast and courteous! I highly recommend.

We order from Grassos atleast once a week sometimes more and can honestly say food is consistent, delicious, and prompt. Prices are reasonable also. The drive up window is a nice feature and staff is always friendly and accommodating. I Highly recommend. 5-Stars

Grasso's food is delicious - my whole family loves it! Two of us are plant based and thoroughly enjoy the options they have. We live out of the delivery zone but travel to pick it up because we love it so much! The inside of the restaurant is always clean and the staff is friendly. We've been eating there for years and never have had any issues with our order.

I would like to start off by saying I order from Grasso’s very often and the food is always good but today I ordered a sub with onion rings and it was delicious, but I sat in the drive-through window for 30 minutes waiting. They didn’t even come to the window I know they saw me because they kept coming and answering the phones that were ringing. All I ask is please just acknowledge me sitting there. And maybe apply someone to that position so people don’t feel like the only people you’re caring about are the ones on the phone not the ones actually picking their food up we’re all customers customer service. He needs to be a little better.
