Delicious beer and food. We had the pulled pork sandwich and chili and both dishes were delicious. Kimberly and Joe took care of our table and both of them were excellent servers. Great atmosphere. Would definitely recommend

I just came from here and decided to write the review while fresh. I have been to numerous distilleries (some restaurants, some not) over the last six years. The Grand Canyon Brewing and Distilling location in Flagstaff was outstanding. I did a flight of four clear liquors and the hot maple chicken sandwich with fries. The gin is amazing as is the prickly pear vodka. The rum seemed like an after thought. However, the gin and pricky pear vodka were the stars. The standard vodka was good, but the others definitely won out on flavor and aftertaste. I have also had many incredible chicken sandwiches, and the hot maple one is something new, delicious, and different to try. I'll be talking about it for a while. I also enjoyed how well seasoned the fries were and that everything came out hot.
Kimberly was kind and helpful. She was working alone for a while there before help arrived. She was also willing to let me stay until I sobered up from the flight. So, there was no pressure to leave before it was safe, and that is a huge plus. The other staff were also incredibly kind and helpful.
The atmosphere was cozy and outdoorsy. If I lived in Flagstaff, this would definitely be my bar. The prices are very reasonable. If I'm ever back in this area with friends or family, I will definitely take them by.

Rylee was an excellent libation tour director! Beer and spirit flight for the win! The sautéed shrimp appetizer paired very well with the flights.

Unexpectedly we went to this location for dinner. The food was not that good and the service I didn't like. They didn't even give us water and told us it it self service and charged us gratuity. I won't be coming back and I won't recommend this place.

We ordered the Beast Burger (pictured), the Canyon Burger and the Pork & Mac Grilled Cheese- all were amazing!!!! So delicious and full of flavor. We also ordered the Basil Peach Smash, Prickly Pear Wheat, and Hop Canyon IPA were also so tasty. Our only negative was the service. We were sat on the patio and waited for about 10 minutes before a server finally acknowledged us. Other than that we still had a great dinner

Everyone was nice and I'm sure the meat options were probably better - but the veggie burger was super disappointing, so were the fries - kinda dry and cold. I ordered to-go, there were a couple items missing & the crostini was just bread. Good bread, admittedly, just wasn't what I ordered. Did love having marble rye as a bun choice, though. Way better places to go if someone needs a veg option.

Everything was great (food and service) until we go the check. I paid, gave a good tip. Got home and realized they charged us full price for the beer we ordered even though it was part of the "pub pass", which was supposed to be a penny. Was very frustrating too that we were charged a fee to use a credit card (no one said anything prior to using it).
