A truly unforgettable experience. I wanted to gift my wife with a true Michelin star experience at home for her birthday and Chef Chris did not disappoint. Every plate was 10/10, best I’ve ever had, and very generous portions. We actually had leftovers. Will definitely be hiring again.

Delicious! Alex prepared a lovely meal for my family and me to celebrate my birthday. Each dish was flavorful, beautiful, and delicious. We also had plenty of leftovers for enjoying the next day. Chef Chris was not only absolutely lovely, the food was incredible. He cooked a wonderful traditional Thanksgiving meal for 8 people, the turkey was juicy, best turkey we all ever had, the sides were traditional, but with an interesting twist to each of them (eg. mashed potatoes with brown butter). Desserts were out of this world. Overall presentation was lovely, clean-up was very thorough! Will definitely hire Chef Chris again and so will my friends!

We got Chef Chris for my mom's birthday and it was an absolutely amazing experience!! We discussed the menu from before and he delivered a Michelin star tasting experience that was beyond great! He was extremely professional, arrived on time, the setup was clean and restaurant quality. All the food tasted delicious and special. We couldn't be happier with our choice in picking chef Chris. Would highly recommend him for your special events! Can't wait to do another dinner with him.

Chef Chris made a wonderful meal for my birthday party. I had a guest with severe food allergies and he accommodated everything. The menu was delicious and we all agreed that every dish was excellent and prepared well. He even printed the menu for each setting. His server was very professional, set the table beautifully and continuously kept our water glasses full. I had limited dishware and silverware but they made it work. The kitchen was left very clean, dishwasher fully loaded, all pots and pans washed.

The custom menu, the diverse options, the ease of planning with a chef was awesome. I was able to host the event at home which made everything much less stressful. I highly recommend Gourmaze and would hire them again! My birthday was a wonderful celebration with friends and family, better than any experience at a restaurant! Thank you Chef!
