I ordered a 15lbs variety box. When it arrived the fruit was moldy. I reached out to support and at first their response was 1 lb of 2 of the fruits. After sending them more photos they stopped responding. After 4 days I asked if they had information about the replacement but they stopped answering emails. So I asked for the full refund as we didn't get to try any of the fruits.

Update 2 months latter they claim they sent the order back out. 14 lbs variety box and the 1 lbs leeches and 1 lb Logan berries. However only 3lbs were sent and the 14lbs where never delivered. After reaching out with photos they said they where looking into it and again stopped messaging.

The Good Hill Farms story, and description of their fruit, created a high expectations bar for my first delivery. So far, bar exceeded. Dates are outrageously good. They came ready to eat, are softish, super flavorful (taste lingers in a really pleasant way) , and sweet. Lemons, are so good. I live in the Chicago land area and great fruit is not always so easy to come by. I get continuously amazed how much better even a lemon done right can taste (complete absence of any liquid pledge flavor you can get in some lemons to start).

I can tell the avocados and mangoes I received are going to be delicious just by looking at them. I will update my review when I get a chance to try them.

If you want amazing fruit, look no further - this is the right place. We have placed many orders this year - cherry mangos (our favorite), passion fruit, and a few others. All the fruits that we have ordered are very sweet and full of flavor.

What impresses me the most is the customer service. They really make sure that your experience is perfect. Each step of the shipping process, they update you and let you know when your delicious order is on the way. They also pack with care - making sure it all arrives perfectly.

On one occasion, we had a shipping issue (carrier problem, not Good Hill Farms). The fruit arrived bruised and damaged. However, Good Hill Farms generously made sure that replacements were immediately sent (without additional charge) and made sure everything was right.

We love this place and you will too. We continue to order again and again (and in fact we are enjoying our mangoes as we speak).

This is my first time purchasing fruit from Good hill farms directly and was kinda skeptical at first, but went ahead order from them anyway because mainly I was curious about the quality of (Atemoya (Soursop + Cherimoya fruit. The customer service is excellent, and my overall experience is great.

This order was for my daughter who is obsessed with exotic fruits which most we cannot obtain in WV or the ones we do get very bland or rotten. Everything in the variety fruit box exceeded our expectations! The yellow dragon fruit was amazing… the passion fruit is her favorite (perfection). The one fruit that surprised us was the persimmon, it was so juicy, sweet and even a slight taste like strawberry!! I never liked persimmons before because they taste so bland from our grocery store. I told my family that this Christmas will be fruitful haha. I recommend this business highly if you want to enjoy the “real” taste of fruit.

Two experiences with this company.
1. I ordered the 5 lb beginners box $130 and received 3.5 lbs of fruit. And 300 total for the avocados I added . That includes the free stuff that was supposed to be extra. I emailed and they refunded $40 dollars so 90 dollars for 7 pieces of fruit. I felt ripped on this one
2. I ordered again early Monday another $300 and didn’t hear anything by Thursday so I emailed. I got a response with either this week or next week it would ship and a litany of excuses that were anchored in small business. I asked for a specific response to if it would be shipped this week or not and they’ve gone dark.
Be careful and read the rip off reviews. If you are looking for answers they will only send nonsense and sad faces.

I ordered Cherimoya, Honey Mango, Pomegranate, and Mangosteen from Good Hill Farms. The delivery arrived impeccably packaged, ensuring all fruits remained fresh. Since they're not ripe yet, I've placed them on the kitchen island to ripen. I can't wait to taste them! Also, a shout-out to their support team for their prompt responses to any questions I had.

My kids were so excited to try this, and they managed to convince me to pay $183 for fruit, especially because I like supporting local companies. Unfortunately, here’s what happened:

1. Quality Issues: The fruit arrived completely covered in fuzzy mold. Even after washing, it had deep, rotten areas and was still inedible. I was the most excited about the fingerling lime but it was brown and dry. We were disappointed, and ended up throwing it all away.

2. Missing Items: I also paid for passion fruit, but it was never included in the order.

3. Shipping Delays: I paid an extra $45 for overnight shipping on 8/30, yet my order didn’t arrive until 9/5.

4. Poor Customer Service: I tried giving constructive feedback by email, hoping to resolve things. After 17 back-and-forth emails and multiple photos of the damaged fruit, they initially refunded only $15. Following my review, they offered another partial refund, bringing my total refund to $73 of the $183 I paid.

Overall, this was a terrible customer experience. The lack of genuine care and responsiveness was the most disappointing part. If they had shown any real concern, care, I wouldn’t have even cared about the money. But, as a working mom.. my time is $
