Checking in was fast, but waiting for paperwork for over 2 hrs. One thing I never understood is that why driver has to wait for pallet breakdown. Why it not just counted and breakdown however and whenever it needs to be. Why holding driver. Wasting driver time for no good reason.

I got early in the morning,got door right away,
Took them about 2 hours to get unloaded,lumper fee,plenty of space to back up,no parking on the street “” might get tickets “”

I was here for hours. These people are bad for business. The reason why we schedule the loads the way that we do, is to make it to other appointments on time. 4 hours of leeway should have been enough time.. They ruined mine and my company's entire week. I missed a doctor's appointment, they cost us money due to having to cancel other loads, and ran out of time on my clock due to having to do a split sleeper to make it here on time. (LA to Dixon)

Got here at 08:00 am for 09:00 am appointment, it’s 16:37 and I’m still on dock, missed my pick up and lost a whole day here!
