Came here at 12:30am. I wanted a strawberry smoothie and the cashier said the guy two is supposed to be there to take over his shift isn’t here yet so he said I need to wait for him to show up. The guy had a bad attitude and I was not served as a customer. It is not the customer’s fault the next person is late for their shift. Extremely upset.

5/5 stars for the food and the smoothies.
0 stars for that cashier who refused to make me the smoothie.

Nice shop, clean and have some daily products, produce and other groceries. Also has a wide selection of sandwiches, staff is very nice and helpful. Did not find meat frozen foods tho, otherwise it would be an amazing addition to this store.

They can’t remember 5 ingredients in a sandwich to save their lives lol. Don’t get me wrong, the food is fine and products they have are great for a Brooklyn bodega. It’s just everytime I order a sandwich they can’t remember to put ketchup on it. I ask politely everytime and they forget nearly every single time. What can you do but write a 3 star review?
So for everyone else, treat them like they’re forgetful af and ask for clarification on things before you leave.

I'm so upset that I have to come here with negative feedback because I was so happy to find a convenient store near me that's open 24hours, good food, vegan friendly, amazing smoothies with the option to add seamoss, that also accepts ebt!! I felt like I was rewarded finding this place I was ready to make myself an everyday customer. Unfortunately the people who work there aren't pleasant. My second time coming there as a vegan I ordered a garden salad. The guy who made my salad was very distracted and had his headphones in while working. Everytime I said something he kept saying he couldn't hear me. He made my order completely wrong and added chicken. When I got to the register and noticed that isn't what I ordered I told him to make it again and he made it wrong again. I had to guide him every step of the way on how to make a salad that is on their menu, because he kept forgetting to add things. Finally after getting him to make my salad correctly he refused to weigh my salad to get the correct price. I was charged $11.50 for a salad that when I ordered privously was only $7.99. I came back the next day to speak to the owner but the owner is always nowhere to be found. The guy that was there only gave me half of my money back and told me to come back later to speak to the owner. I came back later there was a different lady in the front who was completly rude. When I asked if the owner was there she said no with a nasty mean attitude. When I asked her name she told me that it's policy they can't tell customers their name and to come back later to speak to the owner. I came back later and the guy I spoke to the first time blamed me for the person making my salad wrong & overcharging me. He refused to listen to anything I had to say or pay me back the rest of the money I was owed said they don't give back money and told me to come back the next day to speak to the owner. I say it's not worth it coming here Allah forbid you have an issue with anyone there they won't tell you their names and to speak to the owner is very challenging because he's never there. Very unprofessional and not worth it. Sadly they've lost me as a loyal customer. I do not recommend.

Gold Organic Farm has a great selection of fresh groceries, friendly staff, and great location. They are remodeling the hot food area right now. The store even has camel milk from Camel Culture - very healthy and tasty!

Quite lucky to have such a great organic convenience store which is 24 hours at my corner. The staff is very friendly and the food on occasion is really tasty. However, there is one chef there who quite rude and needs to work on his customer service skills. Especially being in such a neighborhood with great opportunity.
