I was shocked to see the “star” rating for this company. I have used them for 19 years. 6 very large weddings and 2 smaller wedding orders. One time I had some hydrangeas arrive wilted. Most perked up after they were quickly placed in water. I called Global Wholesale and they quoted me a price they refund me. Very nice and very professional. This was one time in probably different 10 orders. Either no one brags on them or a lot of ppl falsely gives them a bad reviews. I refuse to believe the low ratings. Buy from this company if you need flowers. You won’t regret.

Ordered full size candy bars and received bite size. Resolution was to return them on my time (package, print label and take to post office) with no compensation. They wouldn't even respond to my three requests to give me a discount if I ordered the correct product from their company, even though the error was entirely their fault.

Ordered $133.00 worth of Nestle Crunch Bars (full size) to hand out to kids at trick or treat. Instead they send 3 boxes of Snickers candy bar. I ordered the Nestle bars because they do not contain nuts. A lot of kids these days have peanut allergies and I don't want to be the one to blame for sending them into shock. I tried contacting them to return them but keep on getting the message ITEMS ARE NON REFUNDABLE with no way to explain. I try calling them using the phone number found on the packing list but the phone just rings and rings with no answer. Now it's in Amazon's hands. Hope they have better luck.

Despite it being summer time they don't ship their chocolate with cold packs in the packaging so by the time it arrives its just a meltted mess. Waste of time and money.

Did not package the Hershey bars in cold packs. All my Hershey bars are melted. 36.00 dollars ruined. I wont be ordering from them again.
