It’s a self check in facility, entrance is awkward especially in the rain. Kinda a zig zag entrance because the closed gates makes one think oops this isn’t entrance but it is, the scan code are on yellow posts to your right as you drive in and big red explanation driver signs are in your right side of street entrance and a call box at the very end of entrance to your left. Call box I used because it was too dark and raining to take photo of seal in completing my check in. He gave me a door,told me to break the seal and dock door 15 for unloading. Guy then will come out to put lock on trailer supply line. If all facilities were like this it would be a breeze, but , this first time for me was a geek challenge lol

1 poor guy has to help everyone to check in then wait for long long time for door assignment. Hours went by... some office person up top decided to kill the staff in shipping with a policy change. Stay away awhile or be on a 34.

Parked overnight in Long driveway. Checked in early door right away unloaded fast. Spacious lot well manicured. Dog loved it too. They helped remove seal. Polite workers very professional

The best experience I have ever had ! My truck had a major problem , and I got early to the facility , I told them that my truck is having serious problem that’s why I arrived early , so I could go to the dealer to get the truck fixed before she breaks down on the road , they helped me and offloaded the truck earlier and i made it to the dealer. Thank you so much guys , I can never thank you enough for what you did , thank you again and again and again .
