Went to order short ribs for Easter. Unfortunately the staff at the butcher was not fluent in English. I waited about ten minutes but he was unable to help me. I then explained this to manager Doug and this was his reply. I asked who was In charge of the butcher dept. he said he did not know his name. Next I stated that they did not really understand English and he says that sounds about right. Asked why no one spoke English he stated that’s what they send me. What would you like me to tell you. I understand language issues but his responses were ridiculous. His attitude and demeanor were certainly not that of a manager.

Deli department quality is hit or miss, and you should never buy beef here. It's consistently selling terrible cuts of steak. Most are labeled incorrectly to charge more, i.e. the filet mignon I had bought here recently was marbled like a regular old sirloin. That's not the first time I have noticed that kind of deception.

The rest of the store is adequate for the local area. Their produce is usually good.

Every week I go to the one in Commack and spend at least 200.00 a week. The Manager that was on this weekend was extremely rude to me! Check your receipts everyone they are always mistakes. I have one every week. And when I went to go for my adjustment this weekend the manager (woman) was extremely rude. I will not patronize them they lost us as a good customer. Improvement needed as to how they treat they’re customers (managers)!!!!

Always a good shopping experience even on christmas eve.
When I got there around 2:15. It was a little busy after 40 minutes of shopping. There was no lines and three of the staff members helped me tremendously.
I always recommend this food store and if you want meat and produce, they simply are the best.

Definitely recommended.
