We used Giorgio’s for our wedding this past June and have very little good to say besides fair pricing. First off, the limo bus did not have AC on despite it being a 90 degree day and us asking multiple times. This occurred when the bridesmaids were picked up and again for the groomsmen and after the ceremony. While this was frustrating, it in no way compares to what the bus did to my dress. The floor/ back of bus destroyed my dress before we even had the ceremony. I sat on the large seat in the back as most brides do and upon leaving the bus when we arrived at my venue my entire train was stained black. This resulted in all bridal party photos being missed as the entire 1.5 hours leading up to my ceremony was spent with my bridesmaids on the floor scrubbing all of the stains out of my cathedral length train. We used all types of stain remover with very little improvement. Due to this I ended up having almost no photos and had to walk down the aisle with black all up and around the entire perimeter of my train. have reached out to the company multiple times via email with no response. Beware if you choose to use a limo bus through this company.

we hired Giorgios for our wedding day transport. we had 2 coach buses and a party bus all day and couldn't have been more pleased with the service! everyone was on time, adaptive, buses were clean, drinks were on ice, etc. Pam was extremely responsive and professional. thank you again!

Loved our experience with Giorgio’s! Worked with Steve when I first called to gather info regarding limos for a bachelorette wine tour. He was excellent with all communications and follow up for our reservation. Our driver, Lisa, was absolutely wonderful! Showed up a bit early giving us plenty of time to load the limo. The experience was truly wonderful!!!

I found Giorgio’s at a bridal show in downtown Buffalo and had a great conversation with Don. They were helpful and friendly and I am happy I booked with them. We had a 26 passenger limo bus and Vern was our driver. The bus was clean, on time, and we could connect through bluetooth to play music. One thing to mention is that even though we had a “26 passenger” bus it was a tight squeeze for our bridal party (11), ring bearers (5), and my husband and I plus a few extra “plus one’s” on the way from the church to the venue. This wasn’t a big issue, but it’s good to keep in mind to go bigger if you’re on the fence.

We had Giorgio's for our limo service and as a shuttle service for our wedding on 12/22/23. The reception (Michaels Catering in Hamburg, NY) was 5 minutes from the hotel (Hampton Inn on Camp Rd in Hamburg, NY). We hired Giorgio's as a shuttle service from 10pm-12am to shuttle people from our reception back to the hotel.
The driver decided to end the shuttle at ~11:35-11:40pm and not come back to the reception hall to pick up the BRIDE AND GROOM.
My brother was the last person to the use the shuttle at ~11:30pm and when I called him at ~11:45pm he said the shuttle dropped him off and left and never came back to the reception hall, which again was 5minutes away, 1.5miles.
We were never given the name of the driver or any contact info to contact the driver. We were stuck at the reception hall until 12:30am when an Uber finally came and picked us up and took us 5 minutes down the road to our hotel, which was such a waste of money when we paid $600 for a shuttle service for 2 hours for a wedding when they didn't even stay for 2 hours and left the Bride and Groom.
I contacted Giorgio's about this situation and they never contacted me back. I would like a refund for the shuttle service since they decided to end 20-30min early and didn't even shuttle the bride and groom back or contact us.
I would NOT recommend Giorgio's.

Amazing company and great customer service. My wife and I have used them before for a limo bus and everything was perfect. Last night we had a wedding to go to and booked one of Giorgio’s beautiful suvs. Had a great worry free night. We had a great time and our driver was very accommodating and professional. We will use them every time!

This company left my son and I at the airport at midnight. We hired them to take us to our AirBNB in Niagara Falls. My son had never been picked up by a car service before so we thought it would be fun. We arrived, and they weren’t there. I called and a very rude woman answered the phone. She stated that I had put the time in incorrectly into reservation (I didn’t). I asked if they were coming, and she responded “we aren’t a taxi service.” They refused to refund my money.

I had all the evidence that they were supposed to be there at that time and didn’t show. (Voicemails of them calling and verifying the time a week prior, the pop up on my phone from the third party app that I purchased it through, and everything else.) I filed a fraud case with my bank and got the money back. If you look at the other reviews, late nights seem to be a challenge for them, and man are they just rude. Thankful for the taxi company who were really kind and got us to where we needed to go.
