Reviewing as I leave because the woman who helped me was so wonderful and the garlic was delicious and interesting. I sadly missed her name, but she went through all the different garlic with me and offered samples to help me choose. Been wanting to try black garlic for a long time and I’m so glad I came here for my first experience.

This place is 100% amazing. They were incredibly kind and welcoming when we visited, and on top of that, gave us basically a black garlic tasting by letting us sample all the different stages of fermentation. Super great people, super great garlic.

This is my go-to place for black garlic. This guy (Gilroy Black Garlic, GBG) knows his garlic and offers many varieties of black garlic. There are subtle differences in taste between the red garlic, longer aged garlic and the young garlic and GBG cultivates these flavors like wine. I would call him a 'Black Garlic Sommelier'. And, they do offer samples. Great product!

El lugar en si está muy limpio y ordenado pero el trato que dan a los clientes es de lo mejor ya que conocen muy bien el producto que venden y lo atienden de maravilla. Hablando del producto les diré que es el Ajo regular que ustedes conocen sometido a un horneado a una temperatura muy baja por 90 días y el Ajo crudo como lo conocemos se convierte a Ajo Negro y con un sabor y olor super Delicioso y esta muy blandito. Realmente si las personas supieran los beneficios tan grandes del Ajo Negro en el organismo todo mundo comería el Ajo Negro. Por nombrar algunos beneficios les dire que ayuda a bajar enormemente el azucar en la sangre, baja el colesterol, baja los triglicéridos, ayuda a bajar el dolor de la artritis y normaliza el movimiento sin dolor de las coyunturas de las manos, etc, etc. Amigos realmente el Ajo Negro es una maravilla Ojalá y puedan comprar este producto en este lugar ya que está delicioso y fresco. Felicidades a los dueños de este lugar Sr. Gabino y Esposa por darnos este producto tan benéfico para el organismo. Gracias.
