You know some people you just can't please always went there for real Italian meats, and my favorite cheese reggiano parmigiano so yeah things have gone up including me I want to stay to live and let me tell you my brother came to visit and it wasn't a big order but I knew he was coming up with giacalone stuff there is nothing like good authentic Italian cold cuts bread and cheese I called ahead of time to say my brother was coming and the owner called me upstate to ask me how I was doing nice to hear from you we miss you call again gave me a personal cell because this family makes you family. The quality of their products whether it's soup stuffed shells whatever you get you will be more than happy, I was only upset because I did not get to see them because they are family while you're waiting they'll make you a cup of coffee anything to make you feel comfortable and at home. For these people that are complaining well you know every now and then maybe you can't please everyone. If an egg sandwich was running once in 35 years oh well. The area is a little hidden away but believe me people who know good stuff find them. Thank you very much the whole family especially Joanne for bringing some real Italian goodness to otego New York God bless you all I love you all good health to you all. Next time I visit you know I'm stopping by this time to really load up the car Ciao!

Lived in Mastic Beach my whole life and not once heard of this place till about 2 weeks ago. Just tried the breakfast and it was amazing! I had eggs and sausage on a roll and when I tell you it was cooked to perfection I really mean it. Definitely coming back soon for lunch.

My Governale Family has been going here for years and what a great place , just like old school. We all talk and they ask how my Sisters are doing and I and just a friendly little Mom n Pop shop and the food! Always fresh, always a feeling of security knowing that it’s good quality.

My boyfriend and I came here for breakfast for the first time to try it out. We ordered an egg sandwich and an egg platter. The food was fresh and made just right. The woman behind the counter was very polite and generous. She gave us a taste of their fresh mozzarella, still warm. It was absolutely delicious! My boyfriend felt like he was back home in Brooklyn. We finally found our new favorite spot. We will definitely be returning soon and often.

This place could be good, but the bread is always frozen. (Check their freezers out front. You can literally see hero’s in there). The lady is super nice. She try’s to remember your order but she forgets every time. I’m not kidding. If they cared about their food this place would be a gem. But bc they consistently mess up for have frozen hard hard bread they have lost a costumer for good.

Great Mom n Pop shop. My Sisters have been coming here for years and it’s always been a warm hearted experience and good conversation and quality food. No better place here in Shirley and it’s totally great during the holidays.

I ordered 8 heros from them for company I was hosting on the weekend.

I was overcharged like CRAZY and they forgot one of my sandwiches .

when I called to let them know they forgot one, they said, that’s what was on the ticket. no offer to make the sandwich, no resolution.

the sandwiches we did get were lacking in taste and freshness. totally not worth the $17 I paid for EACH sandwich.
