Gregg's is our go to for anything farm. We get our feed and supplies from the farm supply side, and all of our power machine stuff (most just being brush cutters, chainsaws and the like) from the outdoor power side.

I've brought an old Stihl 260 and a McCullough PM550 in, and they were straight with letting me know the difficulty they might have getting parts, before I even checked it in to have any service done on it. But were still kind enough to help me trouble shoot so I could figure it out myself...
I've had other shops take my equipment, charge me diagnostics, and hold my unit as random for the same amount of news...
I've brought in those Chinese saws from Amazon and eBay, and even though they look them over and have helped me trouble shoot my issues, I didn't blame them for not being willing to work on them. I sent that junk back and came here and got a Stihl. Worth it, and worth getting here! Honesty goes a long way!

I get all my Stihl stuff there, and they have always been fairly priced. They have helped me keep costs low enough, with their personal tips and tricks, and tips they hear about from other's experience, that I use them for all my business equipment needs as well. Honesty goes a long way!

My saw was in the shop for over two weeks. They didn't contact me once during this time. Three seperate times, I called about my repairs. They said they were waiting on a part and it would be fixed. Finally, a week and a half past the time they promised the repair, they called and said my saw was not repairable. While my saw wasn't running well when I took it in for repairs, it was running.They returned it to me in pieces in a box. I will never do business with them again.

They called me back the next day, and they took care of the situation for me.
