Let me start off by saying the food was fantastic. I have zero complaints about the taste and quality of the food. 5 stars there . Customer service was awesome too. Again 5 stars for that as well.

However it is not cheap and the quantity was not good. I bought 1 angry buffalo bowl and 2 cans of faygo. It cost 19$… the bowl is the size a typical normal person cereal bowl. And it looked like 1 chicken strip shredded and placed on the Mac. My 11 yr old had the chicken part of the meal gone in 4 bites.

Not sure if they hiked the price or reduced the quantity because it was at a festival and Meridian charges to much to lease a spot for a truck ( during the Meridian festival ) and they were trying to make the money back that way. I am very glad we tried it and again it was good but those prices with the quantity I would not stop for lunch on a regular day if I seen them in a parking lot.

We recently got married and had the Get Loaded food truck to cater for our guests. I cannot rave about how amazing the chicken tacos and loaded fries were. Our guests were amazed by the quality food and exceptional service that was delivered. We're still talking about it a month later, and I think our guests will talk about this for years to come! I highly recommend Get Loaded for your next event or special occasion

Your food is very tasty! I would like to make a recommendation. I order the pork potatoe, the barbecue sauce could be a little sweeter to help balance out the saltiness of the pork.

I love it when Big Spring Park has food truck Friday! It's always a great opportunity to try places I don't normally see. Get Loaded had the longest line and I knew I needed to see what the hype was all about. The line was fast, the guy at the window was so nice, answered questions, cut jokes, made it a fun experience. We got the loaded brisket fries and good lord that plate was HEAVY. They do not skimp and the waffle fries were a nice surprise. The brisket was flavorful, nice amount of sauce and cheese, and a lot of jalapenos. We tried a few items from other food trucks before we made it here, so we couldn't finish the plate. It was a good price for the amount of food you get. Also this place had a 100 food score, so they know what they're doing!

BEWARE! Just ate here with my friend and oh my gosh am I disappointed. WOW. We both took a few bites and threw away our *entire* boxes. I ordered the smoked chicken fries. My chicken was the most horrible tasting chicken I’ve ever had. All uniform cubes that tasted like cat food smells? I don’t know how else to describe it. The queso looked like curdled milk and was very weird tasting. I could go on and on…. It was horrible. My friend ordered the brisket loaded fries and they were also NASTY. Same issue with queso. Fatty brisket. And POOLS of oil/mystery liquid all around the box.. not appetizing at all. She ate a few bites and then started feeling super nauseous bc of how gross it looked/smelled. We are both so upset about this experience bc we’ve heard good things about the food truck and we loveeee cheese fries/nachos type food. I would usually go ask for a refund but felt so sick to my stomach we just threw them away and left. I didn’t get a chance to take a photo of our meals bc it all happened so quickly! We were eating and both like omg I feel sick-
Need to trash this now. So, I apologize for no photo. Anyway- would NOT recommend eating here.

* EDIT to say that I was reached out to and given a refund. And I super appreciate that kind of customer service!** This is my second time having this food trucks food and I ended up having to throw out my entire meal (as well as my friend) . I got the brisket loaded fries and it was puddled in like oil? Or juice from the meat? And there was a huge piece of fat just floating in the juice. it was so nauseating ? kinda disappointed I paid 16$ for it…. Unfortunately I didn’t even get the chance to take a photo because I couldn’t stand the smell in the car anymore and was worried the juice would leak out. Also in that moment I wasn’t thinking about leaving a review. My friend had the smoked chicken loaded fries and she was super disappointed as well. Her chicken seemed like canned? Or even fake meat… and it smelled sickening…. Idk just a fair warning I guess if you are interested in trying this truck! This is just my experience. I wish I had gone back and gotten a refund to be honest…
