Entrance is on Shiferl, got in and out pretty quick. Office is in D2, one less star due to the guy that I talked for the paperwork kinda off putting when he couldn’t hear me. He doesn’t know me nor I him so the way he spoke to me just rubbed me wrong. Gotta door right away and was gone in maybe an hour if not a little bit over, can be crammed but not the worse I seen.

Bartlett, IL facility - Frozen goods side, doors are tight and ill-designed. Fresh produce side is much better for manouverablity. Go to door D2 behind the fuel island to check-in. Bring your driver's licence with you, for all those unprepared drivers. Nice reception people. Clean restroom right there at check in. Overall, the place is decent. Not the worst place but not the best place. No overnight parking. No food or drink.

Three hours and half waited just for them to start unloading me.The guy with beard in check-in office did not even checked me in the system.So i got a call from them asking me when i will be arriving,while i was already on the door and waiting.Seems like communication is not their strong suit.

I arrived several hours early and checked in. They told me that if they could they would call me. I parked on the street, and they called me at 1800 for a 2100 appointment. I was empty with my bills at 1930. There are no parking signs on the street, however if you call the Bartlett police and register, they will let you park overnight.

Good friendly people. Easy tp find off i-90 No overnight parking. Very very tight docks. Dont show up too early.
