I have been trying to get a replacement refund check from here for over a 2 months with no such luck. Everytime i call they blame the cooperate office. I also have tried calling today to see if they could explaon why i have yet to receive my check and they are closed but yet they say they open at 9:00 am and it is 10:11 am and they are still closed. On the phone it says i can be transferred to a representative who are available 24hrs a day but when it transfers me it says nobody is available to take my call.update it is 10:28 am and although they are to open at 9:00am they are still closed.Very poor customer service and i only rated them 1 star because there is no lower rating to give. I will never do business with State Farm again.update 11:40am they finally answered the phone and i got the same run around they are calling corporate and will call me back lol
