They don't allow service animals inside.

They refused my entry bc I didn't have a "service animal id" when the AMERICAN DISABILITY ACT is supposed to protect folks with disabilities from being denied entry. Just bc I don't have a visible disability doesn't mean I don't have a valid reason every time I go into a public place.

Staff is friendly and helpful as others say, cool to hang out there while waiting. My low rating is just to point out that their prices (general items, not food bar) are way too spiked, which is not the staff call but the managers / owners. Its kind of ridiculous. Sure, if you don't want to pay the prices go elsewhere yada yada. For me price to value ratio is important though, hence the review.
