Great little market!

I am writing this 1 star review and actually should be ZERO star!!! My wife, I, and our friend was shopping closer to the store, then we needed to use the restroom bad unexpected. So when we saw this shop Garica’s closer, we decided to park and went inside.
When we enter there this lady with Garica’s black shirt on and I asked her if we can use the restroom, first thing she said “you going to buy anything from here” I told her “Yes that what we were planning after restroom used”. She then went to restroom to unlock the door. I went in and told my wife to come, the lady said there only one person to use restroom and I told her she my wife. She still repeated said only one person use, then I told her again she my wife. She still repeat same word so I decided to get along and used the restroom and my wife got upset cuz the lady were rude. After I done with the restroom, my wife went next, while my wife in restroom I spoke with the lady which I tried to talk to her but she ignored me and my friend. So I told her who is your mangers? She said why and I told her again who the manger and she keep saying why, till I told her I need to speak to someone in charge. She then smile to be rude and said she the mangers. See here? After the disrespectful me and my wife decided to buy something from there and after that we will never ever go to that store ever again!!!! Treat every customer with respect even if you’re Mexican who don’t like other race then you’re a racist!!!! Treat customers with respect!!! Or you be sue!!

It's really a great place to go for fresh meat because everything is so nicely organized. A really tidy location as well. I heartily advise you to visit this place. In addition to excellent client service

I bought two boxes of milk (a week ago), of course I do not have the receipt, when I opened it, the milk was spoiled. I called them and I have been told that they cannot do nothing about so this is the last time I am going there.

I was passing by Empire stoped by to buy some snacks. This store has plenty of mexican products. Also there meat department is nice with fresh meats. The service was nice and friendly. There chorizo is pretty good I recommend it...

Thought someone was stealing when all they had in their sweater pocket was their phone and puff bar … i would highly recommend not going there again because they are racially biased

This place used to be great to come and buy prepared meat from. Last time I went there I bought 2 pounds of rancherra and 2 pounds of pollo preparado. Not only did the guy helping me put the wrong label on the chicken tried to charge me 30 bucks for 10 dollars of chicken he was rude when I confronted him. Then I got home and I going out the 2 pounds of ranchera was only 1.2 pounds they skimped me out of meat. To top it off the young ladie helping me pay was rude and not friendly enough to make the whole process better. I’ll never go there again I’ll find another meat store who gives good customer service and doesn’t skimp people beware !! This used to be a good place too bad it’s going down hill.. arrogant owners don’t want to be accountable for anything 🙂 I’m expecting an arrogant response from them already lol
