Tried round bales of hay for the first time from Galusha Farm and was Very Happy with the Great Quality of Hay. Horses Love it and their body conditions improved which tells me the hay is meeting nutritional needs and I’ll need less supplements soon.
Hay is very easy to put in my HayWeyer hay nets to minimize waste & Galusha’s service is Excellent. Steve discusses your horses hay needs to determine best mix for your herd, has hay analysis available, holds what you need in dry storage and delivers quickly & I’m glad to buy local!

They delivered the exact hay I requested photos of. They were on time & so easy to work with! Pedro & Carter rocked the delivery & stacking. My horses are happy. I have found my hay love match. I've been a lifeline pine bedding user. And have now switched over to Superior Straw Bedding. Some of the things I like about it include no dust, great smell, comfort for my horses, and consistency of quality. Each bag I open has the same great quality as the previous bags. My fondest memories of my dad and I were at this farm. He passed yesterday. Though we hadn't visited in a while, we had plans to in the spring. Growing up, about every week 8 or so years ago, my dad and i would picnic out with wendy's with our favorite horse, Moxie. I must admit that while we neglected the 'do not feed the horses' sign, she sure loved the apples we would always give her. (im sorry) We would talk about how when I was old enough, I could learn how to ride Moxie. I swear she would recognize us every time she saw us, greeting us at the edge of her fence every visit. I have amazing memories here. Thank you. Rest in peace Moxie.

I just went on a small tour of the farm. Great quality hays and even better, great customer assistance. Steve is very knowledgeable, patient, and helped us find the best mix of hay for our horses. I also tried the Superior Straw bedding they sell and it’s fantastic. Super soft and instantly reduced the odors. I’ve always been a wood shaving user and I’m sold on the shredded clean dust free straw of Superior Straw! Thanks so much Galusha Farms and Steve!!

I am extremely pleased with the quality of hay and the service I receive from Galusha Farm. Steve and his staff are professional and kind. I think the best compliment comes from my vet and farrier. Whenever they come out, I ask how my horse looks and they say "perfect" and "don't change a thing". I only feed Galusha Farm hay and a small amount of grain. No supplements or special diet. I love it when he dapples out so beautifully in the summer. Thank you, Steve, for your years of commitment to keeping my equine friends healthy.

I can’t say enough about Galusha Farm! I drive 3hrs round trip to get there. The customer service and hay are worth every mile. Jr and Pedro are are always kind, helpful and a joy to work with!
