This place has amazing selection of drinks regular and alcoholic. This establishment is just spotless. Bathroom is extremely clean. The property is clean. It's bright at night. It is organized and I can't say enough about Fuel up here in Fullerton. God bless this establishment, it's owners, employees and suppliers 100 fold for such an fabulous place. Thank you fuel up for always keeping it clean and inviting. Please keep your gad prices low. It had helped me at a very financially challenging time. God bless you all.

Yes I'm an Uber driver want to fill up the gas .there's a lady tall white braid hair very rude and looks like she's doing a little fishy on gas pump their pump is dangerous be careful it will lock your card can't get out you have to move pull in and out and when you asked them they don't say anything I said that's dangerous .but they don't care don't go to this place it might eat your card and you will rip off go somewhere else not a good experienced for the first time I put gas here .very bad and dangerous place and the workers act so weird

They went out of their way to make sure that you have the worst time pumping air. What a terrible terrible thing to do. I needed air. I didn’t have money and they totally pissed me by disregarding my request. They pointed me to a phone number to call in the box which asked me forgas pump information which of course I didn’t have.

If Rosa isn’t happy about her job, she needs to look for another one, customer service is all about serving the customer, a pump was down and was not tagged “temporarily out-of-service” either, i walked in with a severely aching bad back just to be told move to another pump, while April addressed my concern in a courteous way, Rosa jumped into the conversation in a rude and dismissive way it would make you think that it was my fault that i have picked that pump. It is very likely that she was told by ownership to proceed as such, but you are ultimately responsible for your morals or lack thereof in the eyes of your creator. Choose how behave, you will be a subject of similar treatment one day!

Updating this review again for the same problem. Wanted to pay for gas with cash, the new guy working saw us drive up, but dipped to the back to take his lunch so he wouldn't have to help up. Skip this place. There's a SMP gas station right down the street, gas is only $0.10 higher, but there's ALWAYS someone available to help here.

Be warned white girl with braids is rude at the counter wouldn't reset the pump to pump gas and through my money back at me seems like the bottom of the barrel works here never going back again someone needs to teach that girl a lesson in customer service otherwise she's gonna say something to the wrong person and will regret she should be fired

I love this gas station for two main reasons: most days the price of gas at fuel up is only $.10 more per gallon than Costco or Sam’s. So even when I’m putting 20 gallons in my truck that’s only two dollars more. The second reason why I really love this gas station is they don’t cut you off when you hit a certain dollar amount. Because I drive a big vehicle that has a huge gas tank… It sucks when the pump shuts off at $100 or even $125 like Sam’s Club. Extra bonus… I have never had to wait more than five minutes to fill up. My time is money so I will be a frequent flyer at this gas station
