10/10 AMAZING!! Worth stopping by and enjoying some Italian ice! They make their own ice cream as well! So many flavor and options to pick from! The flavor and consistency is amazing like no other! This sweet spot will hit the spot! Great customer service, was able to try some flavor before purchasing. Family owned!

Every snow cone place was closed so I decided to try this one and we were NOT disappointed! Great service and oh my Italian ice magic where have you been my whole life. My girls got the water ice and I had a cream one and I can’t explain how good it was. WAY better than a snow cone or a shlushie- not like ice cream but like in the middle but magical. You won’t regret going!

This place is AMAZING! He has every flavor you could possibly want and he hand makes them himself and I promise that every single one of them is delicious. The owner, Michael, was so gracious and fun to talk to and you can tell this is his passion. I had the Belgian waffle ice cream sandwich with cheesecake ice cream in the middle. Ohhhh. Emmmm. Geeee. My boyfriend had the chunky chimp (which is WAY BETTER than the other brand with a similar name). Don't sleep on this place! It's fantastic.

Ok so my wife and I have never had the pleasure of experiencing frozen dilemma before today but now that we have had the awesome experience we will be regular customers there from today forward. The whole experience was amazing. The Italian ice and staff are definitely worth visiting so please if you enjoy Italian ice give this place a try because I don't see why anyone wouldn't. Incredible! Best ice cream in Hot Springs (and some of the best I’ve had anywhere). They are accommodating to my gluten intolerance, which means a lot to me. Also, try the cream ice!

Tried the waffle ice cream sandwich and it was unreal! Man running it was friendly and provided top notch service. Don’t know that I’ve ever tasted ice cream this good before.

Hands down the BEST ice cream and Italian ice in Hot Springs! The owner is very nice and the prices are VERY reasonable for such flavorful selections. I love butter pecan ice cream and if this is a fav for you too, get to Frozen Dilemma ASAP! I must say it is very good and mouth watering. There are so many choices and you will NOT be disappointed! We came back for an Italian ice, and thought we would try the Amish pretzel with port wine cheese spread on it, he suggested to add the pickles, so we did and it was a pleasure every bite was sound effects of mmm,ooh my, wow mmm!!! You've gotta try it!! You won't be anything but impressed, to say the least!!
