The staff and owner at Frontera have been great over the course of my loan, they have been professional, but still warm and friendly. They have tolerated me on my worst day, and they did more than any finance company I have ever seen to keep my in the car and avoid a repo, or damage my credit. Frontera, the People, treat you with the respect you treat them and back it up with patience.

If I could give this company negative stars, I would!

Without a doubt, this is the worst financing company in Tucson! High interest rates, unprofessional staff members and if you're a day late on a payment, it'll lead to harassment. Not only through calls and text messages but they literally will begin to harass you via social media by way of direct messages if they are unable to reach you.

If the dealer you are purchasing a car through suggests Frontera Financial, tell them to have a nice day! Unless you are desparate for transportation, NEVER finance your vehicle through Frontera Financial....

Wonderful staff, easy financing and they care about you as a consumer. I had made 2 payments on accident and they called me to ensure it was valid or to offer an immediate refund. I opted to keep the extra payment applied. Most places wouldn't take the time to call you. At best, you might get a letter in the mail in 10-14 days. I highly recommend this group!

I'm not happy with this company!!!! I was only 1week late the owner reported me to the credit bureau here in Tucson az if your smart go elsewhere!!! I can't wait to get my car refinance somewhere else!!! Asap I'll never ever do business with them again!!! They apologize not good enough taking care of your credit is very important to me

WORST FINANCIAL COMPANY IN TUSCON IF YOU HAVE THE OPTION TO GET SOMEONE ELSE DO IT!! THEY ONLY REPORT TO TRANS UNION SO YOUR CREDIT WILL NEVER IMPROVE WITH THEM, AND THE OWNER TOLD ME I CAN REFINANCE AFTER 6 MONTHS THAT IS A LIE DO IT BEFORE THE SIX MONTHS AND DONT REFINANCE WITH THEM!
