I've got a wonderful variety on hand and have another type which is pink in another container. I'm told that the pink mushroom pairs very well with seafood. As you can tell I'm not very savvy with names of mushrooms but I am with food. I made a chicken and Parmesan noodle dish with the brown mushrooms, it was Devine! I believe that I will make a grilled steak and the oyster blue mushrooms in the grill tonight. That will bring out the smoky flavor of those. I can't wait until I find a recipe for the lion's mane. That is going to be my favorite I think. The owner was so informative that I think I wore him out with my questions. He was so great! It's a little shop but a great find and a must see!

Just visited Spore To More for the first time.
Small business front but not lacking in mushrooms.
It's the only place where I can get Lions Mane Mushrooms.....very excited to try it.
Altho it's kinda far, it was worth the drive.

Amazing mushrooms! Beyond fresh, and personal service. I had the black truffle mushroom fettuccine basket delivered just in time for Christmas Eve. It was delicious! Have been a customer since before the storefront opened, and was delighted to see their mushrooms featured on the menu at a nearby restaurant. Can hardly wait to see what they come up with for the ’Soup-er Bowl’.
