This trailhead is probably most convenient access point for the preserve. It is close to the parking lot of Breezy Park allows multiple choice of trails. Preserve contains mostly secondary growth forest and some organic garden in the midst of forest. Some nice meadow views on western edge of preserve, otherwise woods are not too exciting, some trees are struggling to survive.

The park was explored from access points along West Rogues Path. The paths on the south side just end. To explore them, you'll need to duck under tree branches. There are signs of a feral cat colony.

The northern half was pleasant, with easy-to-navigate trails. Interesting sights included a small herd of deer and the organic gardens. The smaller trails in the northeast corner of the park are to be avoided. Bottles and cans are strewn at multiple points along the path. Perhaps kids hanging out or a homeless encampment?

Fun to visit once, but not worth a repeat visit.
