Truck Drivers: Follow the hand emoji for the truck entrance and the heart emoji for the shipping and receiving office. Loading is extremely slow. I checked in at 01:00, and now at 19:33, I’m still waiting. Another driver was given a 3-day estimate for loading. You may need to drop off your trailer. If you do, and they say it will take time, contact your dispatcher to arrange a power-only round trip. If possible, avoid coming here; if you must come, be patient. There are no toilets or facilities inside.

worst place to unload. appt at 6pm, now it's 11am and the trailer is still loaded. the worker in the office can't help and doesn't even know how the whole process works. he says he doesn't work in that department, but for some reason he's sitting in the office. terrible experience

Quick loading for starch. Unfortunately, they don't print scale tickets here, so if you need scale tickets, go to the Loves. Overall nice place.

I’ve been here twice for drop n hook And both times had to wait 3 to 5 hours for my load, although I arrived a little after the window both times. However, The first time it took forever for someone to answer the doorbell at the front office; when I needed to use the restroom, they sent me across the parking lot to the other building, which was hard to find. They said they would call when the load was ready, but after waiting a long time, I went in and checked and was told the load was sitting on a lot.

This time, the young woman answered the door almost right away every time. She was Very friendly and when I needed to use the restroom, she let me inside to use the bathroom right there in the office. She called me when my load was ready. Waited to long but gave four stars because she was such a nice person.

This place needs a better/faster way of unloading the potatoes. They only have 1 ramp and it takes hours to unload! They do 5 trailers in 8hrs is ridiculous

Don't take a pickup from here, it's a terrible place, they don't respect your time, I stand there for 6 hours and nothing happens.

Arrived at 0645 for a 0700 app. Load of bulk potatoes. Was out by 0900. A yard hustler moves your trailer on to the unloading machines so you need to drop trailer. Was my first time there asked questions and had no problems getting help. If you've hauled bulk potatoes before you'll be pleased to know there's not much left in there. When I went to get a washout it was the standard cost.
