Good selection of food and, good meat department, good selection of various spices, sauces, and international items you might want.

I haven't actually kept records but I'm very skeptical that the "cost plus" part is actually saving you money though. Prices seem the same as any local grocery but they tack on the "plus" to it as well.

Holy moly what a awesome Fresh Value this one is

We came for the 5 pound box of bacon for $14.99 but left with over $60 worth of stuff, lol

Very clean store and well stocked on everything … Outside was clean also

The bathrooms was so clean you could eat off the floor

The employees was super nice and very helpful as well

Sorry Trussville but I may be going to this Fresh Value from now on

Got everything I need, and it's freshly stocked.
Price is affordable, and I can get the stuff that I'm looking for each day because I never know what I'm going to have for dinner till I'm looking for some to eat some days.

It's close and very convenient however I've had multiple instances of buying meat that was bad when I got home or smelled horrible

Fresh value stores always have a great meat department with a large selection. Sometimes I need odd cuts for a particular dish I'm craving and they usually have it . Tonight I'm making pork steaks cut from Boston butts and this is the only place that's going to sell it. If you like pork this is your place.
