I had a great time at my wine tasting visit here. Dar was very knowledgeable and friendly. They also let my husband and son tag along, even though they didn’t drink. The cave with all the wine is cool to go see. They just make Chardonnay and Pinot Noir and I enjoyed learning about their owners and history. We also were lucky to come on a bottling day so we were able to see that cool process.

Outstanding family run winery. Try the Ryo-fu Chardonnay. All the wines are excellent and the tasting is in a scenic wine cave. The owner Akiko was kind enough to spend some time with us along with the chief winemaker. Thank you Freeman!

Put group had such a wonderful time at Freeman! I mixed up the schedule and showed up unannounced but David took care of us! I would recommend calling in advance though.

David was very knowledgeable about the wines and told us so many interesting facts about how the owner makes the wines.

The setting is beautiful and it’s so fun to go into the cave where they keep all the wines.

I will definitely be coming back!!!

me and my wife stopped by freeman winery on our trip and man we had a great time. folks there were real nice made us feel welcome soon as we walked in. not one of them big commercial places more like a small family feel which we liked a lot.

wine was real good we tried a few different ones and every single one was smooth my wife loved the pinot i aint much of a wine guy but even i could tell this was good stuff.

they took the time to actually talk with us bout the wine and the whole process which was real cool learned a lot place was real pretty too quiet peaceful kinda spot where you could just sit and enjoy

if you like wine or just want a nice place to relax and taste some good stuff id say check it out we was real happy we did

We had the pleasure of meeting Dar on our 1st day of our 10-day trip. The Chardonnay was lovely, the grounds were beautifully manicured, and Dar made the experience the best of all! We visited some larger vineyards after and agreed that Freeman was the best by far. They will not disappoint!
