I’ve had a couple cows taken in over the last couple years and all has been great. I’m just feeling like my weights didn’t come out correct this time. I had a cow hanging on hoof at 790# and ended up with 410-# of meat. Last years cow was about 100# lighter and I got more beef!!!!

I'd like to give a big shout out to Fred's. We've had both hogs and cows butchered at Fred's for many years. Always had great service and our orders were correct and complete. We'll continue using them.

The meat me received seems like the correct amount. However, there are a few issues regarding the service. I sent them a cut sheet and that was basically ignored, so we ended up with items we did not want and others items that we are missing. Also, I had to call and check in about when the meat was ready because I never got a call. I called this past week and was told that the meat was ready two weeks ago, but never got any call.
