FANTASTIC! I’m Italian originally from L.I. & moved to Palm Beach Gardens, Fl 30 yrs ago. Now having My 1st Grandchild, I wanted nothing less than to put the Italian Cookies on the table at the Baby Shower mingled in with the entire table full of Greek food, which is also amazing! I didn’t hesitate to order from Frank & Sal even though it was my first time ordering from them. Frank & Sal made sure my order arrived on time and the Cookies were Amazing ! The Greeks were All so Impressed that the entire large tray was eaten within the 1st hour of putting them out ! Thank You Frank & Sal!!!! ❤️🇮🇹

We were going to my nephew's graduation party, and he loves Italian cookies. We checked a dozen bakeries in North Carolina where we live, could not find one to do Italian cookies. I stumbled across Frank and Sal Italian market through Google maps. So we ordered 4 lb of Italian cookies online on a Friday night, They arrived the next Wednesday. When we opened the package they were well packed and preserved, so delicious looking We had to try one, I know they're for the party but we had to sample just to make sure quality control, okay we had more than one, that was Frank and sal fault they should not have made them so delicious, lol. The cookies were very moist and soft definitely fresh baked and well worth the money. Definitely would not hesitate to order from them again. Photos only showing 1 lb.

Good sandwiches from the deli, but most times you don't get what you pay for. I've had a few Italian hoagies from here with extra meat, and the last two times, they've been tiny. Almost no meat, let alone extra. I will leave two photos for a comparison of a good and bad example of a sandwich from them.

We’ve ordered the provolone three times now.
The first two were amazing, best provolone we’ve ever had.
This most recent order arrived yesterday and is a disappointment.
Not sharpe and way too salty.
It’s a shame because the quality was so good previously and this cheese is not cheap.

UPDATE
Robert from Frank and Sal’s contacted me, apologized for any inconvenience and immediately sent a replacement of my provolone. The replace provolone arrived packed in dry ice and is PERFECT.
Aroma, flavor and texture are phenomenal.
Wow, that’s amazing customer service from an excellent company.
I highly recommend Frank and Sal’s, their products are terrific AND their customer service is tremendous.

Living in Atlanta, there is really no authentic Italian food. We took a flyer and bought some Italian Sausage from Frank and Sal's.

OMG, our expectations were beyond met! ABSOLUTELY delicious, moist and with an amazing flavor of "hot" that was JUST RIGHT, ( we ordered the hot sausage) God bless you Frank and Sal!!!!!!!

Folks, the food you buy here is amazing, the packaging and shipping box is amazing. Just make this your go to place to buy the best Italian food on the planet!

OK, if you have not ordered the chicken cutlets you are missing out! Amazing! As a follow up, I ordered a bunch of items to prepare for Thanksgiving and Christmas family dinners... Once again, Frank and Sal DO NOT disappoint.

Just ordered the cannoli's and crème for holiday deserts. I'm sure they will be GREAT! Oh, and to be fair, they pack your food extremely secure and cold. Wish I could buy stock in this business!!!!!!!!!

Your cannoli shells arrived to us in Tucson AZ today. Not even one broken. Keep on with the great packaging! The flavor and texture is superb!!!! Glad I took the leap and purchased these from Amazon. Wish we lived in NY just to visit your Market. Tucson Italian products are for amateurs!!

I was very surprised today by the way I was treated at Frank & Sal's. After purchasing their amazing pasta & potato salad on Tuesday for Wednesday, neither tasted good by all 6 family members. We are long time customers & love their food. My 82 yo mom & I went in today to let them know and were surprisingly not treated nicely. We were told that it "smelled fine, no one else complained & there was nothing wrong with the salad" to which they refunded us half of the total price based on the weight that was returned. It was not about the money, although everything is so expensive nowadays in today's crazy world. We are truly upset because we were treated like our opinion didn't matter. Needless to say, we will no longer patronize your business. Forget about "the customer is always right"! Unfortunately, we were made to feel like we did something wrong which is not okay.
