Food is cold. I ordered and it was 30 minutes late. I tried calling multiple times to check on my order and I got sent to a full mailbox. Paid over $60 for food. Was not happy with my order. This small town needs something better. Anything will do.

Good pizza but be sure to take out or eat in. Every time we try to get it delivered they cant find our house and by the time they do the pizza is not so much on the hot side.

Tonight we ate in and ordered spaghetti and meat balls. They came back and said they were out of meatballs and would we like meat sauce instead. We agreed. Then our receipt showed they charged us for meatballs and meatsauce. Not cool. Come on guys you food is great but your service needs a lot of work. How about get a waitress or waiter that has some competence. It will help your business so much more.

Brought friends from out of state there. There were 7 of us and all ordered something different and shared. Absolutely EVERYTHING WAS DELISH!!!
Pizza was as good as anything I get in Chicago, pasta sauce is made in house and was perfect! Tender meats.
Then there is AMAZING Mexican food!
Again, everything made from scratch!! It is truly a family-oriented place. The owners came to our table with their kids...we had kids too...they chatted..it was sweet!!! Loved it!!

I uploaded pictures of their new menu unfortunately both items we wanted off the menu we found are no longer an option at Franci's pizza in Onarga, IL. I had the Italian beef, and it was not bad. It definitely was no portillo's, but for Onarga definitely not bad. My wife had the veggie pizza, and she said it was good. I ate a piece and it wasn't bad, but for the price I would do Monicals instead. We were in town visiting family, and they absolutely love the deep dish pizza here, so maybe that's where the gem is at. Overall this place is worth giving a shot for sure especially if you live in Onarga.

I've only had the deep dish pizza (pepperoni and bacon) but it was absolutely delicious. The service was fast and friendly, the dining area was clean, and prices seemed reasonable.
It's a great place to stop in at before catching a movie next door. Check it out if you're in town.

Love the food! Yet I cannot stand to eat in. The natural gas odor is OVERWHELMING! Within 10 minutes I developed a headache. I'm shocked this place passes inspections. Add that to their AC not being able to keep up.
