They did my quinceañera cake, cake pops and cupcakes back in 2018. Let me tell you they did not disappoint at all!!! Best cake I have ever had in 20 years of existence lol. Not exaggerating the flavor was spectacular. 10/10 recommend and when I went for cake testing they were so patient and did exactly what I asked for. Really appreciate that great customer service

I purchased a cake here when I went to pick it up it was not what it order I keep calling them to give me a refund they have not called me back yet i paid for it with a Groupon I have called them over 5 times and no one has called me back to issue me a refund I am going to make the next step the better business bureau. I have no idea why this company ignore the customer to refund me my money back the cake was so ugly it was suppose to be extra Flowers an it was not who ever wrote on cake it look like a 2 year old wrote on cake

if you want a cake for your son/ daughter go anywhere else. Been living in this town for years always getting cakes, being a loyal customer means nothing to these people nor their empathy. It was my daughter’s 2nd Birthday, asked for a cake designed for her I put a $50 deposit. I come in and the cake is not what we asked for. I asked for the price adjustment for it only feeding 16 people when i asked for 30 guests. As a customer it isn’t fair to me that her cake wasn’t up the standards they said they could do. This was a big miscommunication on THEIR MISTAKE. Frank knocked off $25 for it not being the right portion size, however speaking to a customer saying, “I tried being nice to you when you’re arguing, you are stealing money from me that’s not nice.” Nobody was yelling/ screaming besides him with his temper. Frank was dismissive and not communicative, simply rude and walked away after yelling. I simply asked instead of $125 for a cake being too small for my guests and not being 2 tiers. I would’ve paid $100 total for that cake for their time and effort, but the cake wasn’t at the standards they normally put. However Frank, if you speak to someone who would’ve been a different color, maybe you would’ve done it. Not only you ruined my daughters party you also yelled and humiliated me, when I asked for a simple adult conversation and nothing more, you ignored me after you yelled and hid in the back room. If you have a special event book elsewhere, there’s other business’ who would’ve offered same price and another cake on top to be able to feed all my guests. I was never treated like this at ANY bakery or establishment. Ive worked in customer service for over 15 years. I know how it feels to be yelled at by guests, hence I talk in a calm and nice manner. I’ve never had yet the MANAGER yell at a guest for a conversation. I got no apology, and all disrespect. The rest of the staff was an angel trying to help keep my cool when i was stressed and overwhelmed. Don’t bother working for a business who doesn’t respect you as a person, all they ever are is money hungry. Thank you for everyone who tried. Simply do better, Frank.

Everything they make at Francesco’s bakery is amazing. I’ve been going there for 25 years and they never disappoint. Today I picked up a birthday cake for my nephew’s 30th birthday and it was stunning , fresh, delicious, and the fresh strawberries and custard filling was out of this world!! I can’t emphasize enough what a great job they do!!

Bakery is nice and clean. Have so many different varieties of sweets with beautiful decorated cakes. Kaleopy took my mom’s wedding order and made the process quick and easy. Overall the cake was beautiful.

We did our cake tasting here and everything was delicious it made it hard to choose! They made my wedding cake for my 8/5/23 wedding, it was beautifully done and delicious! and I just picked up my 1 year anniversary cake and again beautiful and delicious!

The experience was highly unprofessional. Despite paying for the cake and meeting with the designers months before our wedding, we couldn’t reach anyone for the entire month leading up to the event. We only managed to make contact the day before the wedding. Each time we called, we were told to leave our details for a return call, which never came. We requested a simple buttercream cake with buttercream flower outlines, but the final product didn’t match our inspiration at all. I spoke with the owner, who apologized and assured me that he would fix everything. We reviewed the details and design, and I declined the suggestion of adding silk flowers. However, the cake was decorated with silk flowers anyway. The result was far from what we wanted and ended up being quite unattractive. Despite our clear communication, the outcome was very disappointing. I would not recommend this bakery. Although our email may seem confusing, we discussed and clarified all details over the phone. This experience was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend working with them.

My family always gets zeppole and sfingi for St. Joseph’s Day and we usually get them from a local bakery, but this time we got them from Francesco’s after multiple recommendations. And it will be the last time. The pastries were more hard and crusty than soft and doughy. The cannoli filling for the zeppole was almost tasteless and the filling for the “sfingi” wasn’t yellow custard like they’re supposed to be. Instead it was a whipped cream filling that tasted good but wasn’t what I ordered. Disappointing!
