Dan, the ice cream man, he is the nicest delivery guy ever. We work together for about a half of year, even if he had delays some times, I understand traffic and other unexpected issues. He communicates with me and let me know what's going on. Be kind to your delivery men, treat them as you like to be treated. They are doing the best to help our business!
