Literally the best pork I’ve tasted in my life. Every single cut was so delicious. The fat quality is unlike anything you can find anywhere. You can’t find pasture raised pork in a grocery store - this is what you should be cooking with!!!! We got a half of mangalista/Berkshire and loved it. We are looking forward to our next order of a whole duroc/Berkshire. Erin is super responsive and kind and I look forward to buying pork from her for years.
