We’ve been CSA members for a few years and plan to continue! The produce is delicious and helps us incorporate more veggies into our diet. The newsletter has some great recipes and the farmers are personable and responsive to any inquiries. Visiting the u-pick for fresh flowers and herbs is a must! Highly recommended.

While Raymond Sara and Johanna grow the best produce, their farm is so beautiful and picturesque. The farm is the root of our feel good time for clean eating and being healthy.

WOW! That is what I say nearly every week after getting our share because the variety, quality and beauty of the vegetables is so amazing. We really look forward to the start of the season after buying most of our fresh vegetables at the grocery store throughout the winter. The first greens are tender and taste far better. Friends are astonished when they taste the food I make with Fox Creek produce because the quality and taste is superior to what they are used to. We also enjoy the mid-summer garlic picking party; helping Raymond and crew harvest the garlic, meeting other members, touring the farm, and sharing a potluck lunch can’t be beat. Although not certified organic, Raymond follows organic, regenerative practices and the quality is worth the cost! We have truly enjoyed being customers of Fox Creek Farm CSA for the last eight years.

This will be my third year with Fox Creek Farm. Their weekly organic produce are the best. You can taste the straight from the farm freshness. Everyone on the Farm is friendly and welcoming during visits to the U-Pick Garden. Recipes are included with each week's email to help you cook with the wide variety of vegetables and herbs.The quality and quantity of the shares are worth every penny compared to the grocery store.

We love Fox Creek Farm CSA! The produce is fresh, clean, organic and this year, due to covid, delivered straight to the door with a smile. Couldn't ask for more! The weekly newsletter has a recipe using the week's share ingredients. Another great plus included (prior to this year & hopefully again next year) is access to the u-pick crops of many varieties of cherry tomatoes, hot peppers, scallions, herbs and fresh flowers on the beautiful farm property in Schoharie. Thanks to Raymond and Sara for your hard work and diligence to grow outstanding crops!

Our weekly CSA pickup from Fox Creek is one of the best parts of summer and fall! The produce is beautiful and - most importantly - delicious! Raymond and Sara and the rest of the farm workers take great care in their growing and harvesting, and it shows. We love the variety of vegetables (and a few fruits!) - many reliable standards like corn, tomatoes, snap peas, and broccoli as well as a few new ones like cooking greens, garlic scapes, and different heirloom varieties that have become some of our favorites. The farm is a wonderful place to visit, and the u-pick garden (that comes with your share) is overflowing with fresh herbs, cherry tomatoes, and flowers in all colors and sizes.

I love how fresh and vibrant my shares of veggies have been over the past few years that I’ve been with Foxcreek. All of our produce has been cleaned well and the medium share is ample for my small family. Raymond and his team are so kind and prompt with answers to any questions that I have. Having the you pick option is such a nice perk to the share, we love visiting the farm!

I joined the Fox Creek Farm CSA 4 years ago with my daughter. We were interested in joining a CSA but didn't know where to go and a friend suggested Fox Creek. We've been VERY happy with them and their produce. We pick up at the Honest Weight Coop and Raymond is always there. He's very friendly and has a great sense of humor. People consider a CSA for many reasons-for us it was about health. We wanted healthy food and maybe having a background in farming made us realize a CSA share was far healthier than what you find in the grocery store. One thing I like about them is not only do they have the U-Pick garden (which is awesome!) but you can also pop in anytime from sun-up to sun-down during the summer. They have nothing to hide. If you do join-absolutely get the winter share!! It's totally worth it!!
