I had a terrible experience with this food truck company. Not only did they not finish the work on time, but they also did a horrible job with the wiring and plumbing. The wiring was all done wrong and we had to have the whole trailer rewired. The plumbing was done incorrectly and ended up leaking all over the place. The Faucets were backwards as well.

I reached out to the company multiple times to address these issues, but they were unresponsive and unhelpful. It was clear that they did not care about the quality of their work or the satisfaction of their customers.

I would not recommend this food truck company to anyone. Save yourself the headache and find a different company that actually cares about the work they do.

I owe my business to 4 Horse Customs; I have a Mobile dog grooming business and my van is completely custom with very special needs. Josh takes on problems that no one has seen before and he ALWAYS comes through for me even on short notice. I have recommended him to other mobile groomers. He calls us Dog Trucks fondly. I found these guys through a customer in my store and it was the best thing that couldve happened to me. Not only did they customize a truck for me, thet also helped me find a truck. They customized it for me and did it extremely well. What I love most is that they kept me updated every step of the way, asked for my input and invited me to stop by anytime, which I did quite frequently. When you invest a lot of money into something like this, you are always very cautious, belive me you will not be dissapointed if you use FourHourse customs.
