I would like to give a positive comment for the staff at the Fort Huachuca commissary. All the staff are always very helpful and courteous. Specifically I have recently had Delores as our cashier, she was extremely personable as well as very professional in her duties. With staff such as Delores it truly makes shopping a pleasant experience. We love our commissary!

Huge problem here with stocked items that are expired or expiring within a few days. With so many bad experiences, we have to remember to check expiration dates on every single packaged food item while shopping to avoid constant returns or having surprise putrid food that expired before purchase, which happened again today with packaged bread rolls I bought for dinner and forgot to check the date.

It’s one of the smaller commissaries that I have been too but they have everything that I need. Being a Drill Sergeant I use frozen meals for over nights and this place has been the cheapest that I have found. My wife loves the sushi from here and everything else is good too, like the paninis. Yum!

Some good deals. The meat department is pretty much the only reason I shop here. I have to constantly check the expiration dates on most food as they always seem to keep expired things on the shelves.

Very nice commissary. Clean and well stocked. Great staff. I’ve become increasingly disappointed in all exchanges and commissaries over the years. Prices are absolutely terrible. Very few sales and coupons compared to off post. Often higher regular prices. It’s a shame. Used to be, and should be, a benefit.
