ABSOLUTELY STAY AWAY! Don't do it. Go with another company. I really wish I had. They are corporate owned and it shows. I'm sure they have been great for some but I can only say the opposite so far. Some of the employees I've spoken with there have been nice and helpful, but they seem bound by corporate policies that show no regard or concern for their customers.

In short, I received a kit missing several pieces and another damaged prior to packing. The shipping crate had clearly not been damaged or reopened/repackaged before I received it, so the missing pieces were never packed. Forno Bravo is only making excuses, blaming my freight forwarder, saying they will have to "contact corporate for approval", etc. to say nothing of making their mistake right for their customer.

I was really excited about ordering a commercial pizza oven kit from Forno Bravo. It has turned to a nightmare already and I've barely begun building the thing. I ordered the kit with all the bells and whistles but received only 4 out of 6 of the main floor tiles and part of the gas burner assembly was also missing. Currently this $13,000 oven kit is worthless and useless. Because I used a freight forwarder to ship to Alaska as Forno Bravo's shipping quote was outrageous, the management at Forno Bravo insist they can only ship the missing pieces to the super slow ocean freight forwarder, or I will have to pay for the shipping! The oven landing walls that will be visible were also obviously damaged PRIOR to shipping. There is next to no guidance for construction of the kit and much of the information conflicts with other information provided. I think they really should just not be in the business of selling kits, and there are missing pieces, next to no instructions, and conflicting information.

They were very helpful when I consulted them about ordering a factory assembled and cured (not a kit) oven. I settled on a Vesuvio 80. If I had another 10 inches space I would have liked the next size up, as I found that I can only comfortably cook one at a time. However, at 2 minutes per pizza, that isn't a real problem. High quality, well built, and they are very responsive.

I installed a Forno Bravo brick oven in my house and being a general building contractor, recommended and installed (3) other ovens in my various projects in Southern California. Everyone is very happy with this must have oven and they thank me every time they use them to make great pizzas, the only negative thing for me is that I had to train these people how to make a pizza from the scratch but I did it gladly. Thank you Forno Bravo for such great oven, great customer service from ordering to packaging & delivery, very smooth!

Installed our pizza oven in a very remote part of Colorado about a year ago. The help desk was very helpful in working thru some issues. THe install manual was not easy to follow, or intuitive, but we got it done.

THe unit works very well and makes great pizza, bread, etc. We love it. Thinking of buying another one soon for a second home!

Truly AMAZING! From the craftsmanship to delivery and everything we have made in it. The only limitations are your imagination. We have made bagels, bread, sautéed vegetables, meats, pizza turn overs and of course pizza! It brings our family and friends socials to a new level.

I've had my Napolino 70 for a couple of years now and I absolutely love it. The Forno Bravo crew was extremely helpful in helping me decide on the right oven for my needs and a custom design for it. I would highly recommend Forno Bravo ovens.

Truly great craftsmanship. The oven they made was fully customized to our requests. I could not be happier with the oven.

I left 4 stars instead of 5 because they provide little help with the delivery, which is already quite challenging given the weight. More importantly, the sales staff are much more responsive by phone (and in person) than by mail. Questions are left unanswered or lost in their bizantine ticket tracking system (though one could blame zendesk for that), which is really hard to keep track of by email, from the customer point of view.

All in all, still greatly recommended.

An Awesome oven. Pizzas come out perfect. The oven is fast to heat up and stays hot. I love this thing so much so, that we've cooked several whole dinners in it. Appetizers, main courses, side dishes, and desserts!!!
