The most rude and unwelcoming experience I've ever experienced at any Forever 21 store. It is 5:25pm and the manager Nilda told us it was closed and did not allow any customers inside the store. I told her the hours stated 6pm and she repeatedly told me to leave as well as she did to many other customers trying to enter.

I bought 2 pairs of earrings and a shirt and i went back to exchange them because i didn’t want them at the end but when i went back they didn’t want to let me return the earrings even when the earrings had a missing earring. The cashier was rude and disrespectful and was giving attitude. She kept laughing and saying i could not return it because “it was jewelry” it wasn’t final sale and she still did not want to let me return it.I went back to try to return it with a different person but that person also did not want to let me return it.She went to “check the cameras” to see if the earrings were there and you can clearly see the earring wasn’t there and she still did not want to let me at least exchange the earrings.The first cashier was laughing and making fun off me while trying to return the jewelry.I’be always bought from that store and never have i see such rude cashiers and employees.

Horrible horrible customer service. I never write reviews let along a negative one. But I really think this deserves one. I went on my birthday to buy a nice outfit to wear for dinner, I get home and realize most of the stuff I bought wasn’t even in the bag, and the only item that I did have, still had the security tags on. I live so far away from this mall, An hour before they closed the store and half an hour before my birthday dinner reservation and I had nothing to wear. I had to drive back to pick up the stuff that should have been in my bag, I got there 9 minutes before they closed the store. Besides that they had a defensive attitude backing up the coworker that made the mistake, blaming me for not checking my bag, instead of apologizing or trying to make it up
for the inconvenience, of me not making it to my birthday dinner reservation. Rude employees careless and inconsiderate

Went today with my little sister to take her shopping it was all fine until I went to the dressing room it smelt like feet im pregnant the smell was overwhelming for me I caught a headache and I was very much nauseous

Never coming here again, I came in to return a shein package, I didn’t know I had to do the return myself on my phone prior to coming in & when I went to do the exchange the manager asked for the bar code, I said I didn’t have it and her response was “well I can’t do anything then” I asked her if she knew how I was able to do it? And she said “nope I don’t know” How do you have someone so rude with such a horrible personality running your store? And also if she’s a manager and this is a new service your store is now offering I would think managers are then instructed or trained on this new service and would be Capable of advising a customer if they have any questions, this person should not by any means be running this store if she’s not happy with her job, sorry that you are like 50 working at forever 21 lol be mad at yourself not the customers babe.

I went to the Forever 21 in The Hip mall (Harlem Irving Plaza), They have nice clothes, their prices are a bit exaggerated. You are allowed to use the dressing rooms again, Covid precautions are going down now.
