Horrible Place to deliver they keep me on dock up to 6hrs

THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY EVER! Even though I told them I will pay upfront for the orders, they made me wait for the credit application, which should have taken 3 days at most. Then they had me wire the money to them for the orders, who does that to their customers? To top it off, this order was to feed our soldiers and they caused several issues and Fooddirect DID NOT CARE about that at all. The only good person here was Michael, he was very helpful but his hands are tied due to the stingy and disgusting owners. I hope NO ONE EVER orders from this nightmare company.

Wish I could give them negative 5!! They told me dock soon as I pulled up then I sat 5hrs until the next shift. I asked them 3xs when am I to be unloaded and that I had another stop. Dude kept saying your next. Then boom another shift is here and now they acting like I gotta wait longer. NEVER AGAIN!!! UPDATE!!! A truck pulls right in with a full load and gets unloaded before me REASON...they have to make room for what I have. So you couldn't do that that 6hrs I've been docked. Spoke to overnight gut named BANKS. HE'S IN CHARGE FOORR? If you know product is coming dont you think it would be PRODUCTIVE to make room BEFORE that load comes. Oh and its $25 to get on site!

It's a fcfs facility.got here at 6am didn't start to get unloaded til 1300 was at the dock for two hours which isn't bad there is construction so to get here you have to use Tiffany st
