Each time I have taken my truck to Tony he and his crew always do good work and at a reasonable fair price. He gave me a lot of good advice when I first got into the business. So far he has installed my generator, AC roof unit, and serving window. I will always take my truck to him anytime I need work done. Turn around time has always been quick, communication has been good. He is a small business so he is busy I understand that so I feel people need to give us small business owners grace. My only feedback would be to give a break on certain things as a returning customer such as the oil change should not be $150. I did not pay that as we can do it ourselves but would've been convenient to have it done while the window was being installed I would've happily paid like $50 I even was going to provide the oil but here nor there now...

I definitely Do not recommend! Horrible customer service, communication and professionalism. If I could I would not even give a one star. Tony is Rip off and very shady along with his assistants. Unfortunately we learn the hard way how he doesn’t care about customers only about the amount of money that goes into his pocket. Please read all reviews before going to this guy and the people that work for him. Contact BBB and get information prior to doing business with him.

We have worked with Food Truck Builders of Phx on two separate occasions. The first build I brought a truck I had already purchased and had him do the build out. Tony and Ashly were very easy to work with and built the truck exactly to the specifications that we requested. You can tell that the quality of work was top notch. The next truck I purchased one that was an existing food truck which they had on their lot and were more then happy to make some modifications to ensure it fit our needs. There were minor issues with this truck after I purchased it, but Ashly and Tony were more then helpful to ensure that they took care of everything so we could get back on the road ASAP.

In both cases I shopped around to the other builders. They weren't the cheapest, but also not the most expensive. I believe that for the quality of work we got it was definitely a good deal though. I highly recommend them and will continue to go back.

I don’t know how Tony is still in business ?! He is a SCAMMER !!! He scammed us with $10K we gave as a deposit for a food truck we were thinking of purchasing, but a few days after reading the contract that was NOT signed we decided not to go through with the purchase. We asked for our deposit back that was suppose to be refundable, and they declined saying we had signed the contract which was false! We took him to court and a Judge awarded us a judgement against him for the 10K he STOLD from us! You can’t just keep scamming people and keep getting away with it! He has 7 cases against him, where he was taken to court! Do not do buisness with this company. Spare yourself the headache and your money. Karma is coming back to you Tony!! You have done too many people wrong and it’s catching up to you !

They don't pay their contractors. They owe our company over $16,000 for installing hood suppression systems. They are unresponsive to emails and calls, and refuse to settle the payment.

I contacted this company to have a custom stainless steel shelf fabricated for my home. It was to be placed below the vent hood above a stove. Ashley, who initially provided the quote, was very professional, friendly and followed-up with me when she said she would. I asked for someone to come to my home to measure so as to ensure the accuracy as the cost of the shelf was higher than I had anticipated. Chino arrived on time, was polite and professional. The shelf was ready in approximately 2 weeks, which is what I was quoted. Chino returned to install it and there was a bit of an issue with the fit not being exact. He knew I was not happy and went above and beyond what others would have done to fix the problem. He came up with a solution that required him to go back to the shop for some additional fabrication. He promised to have everything finished before the end of the day as I was hosting a large group of people the next day. True to his word, he returned before the end of the day, made the necessary modifications and the end result was perfect! I could not be more pleased with Chino and all of the effort he put into making this right. I paid more than I would have liked, but ultimately am very pleased with the result.

Horrible experience with this company! After having my truck for over 100 days, it wasn't even close to passing inspection!! Did not get equipment that I paid for and they damaged the exterior! They are rude and unprofessional! My truck is now at Prime Design in Gilbert, AZ. They are AWESOME! I wish I had gone there before being ripped off by Tony!!!!
