Good selection of goods and super convenient for me. However the checkout person was super rude and miserable. She didn’t even bag my purchases and I spent €130! Won't be going back as there are plenty of other high quality markets nearby.

Love the atmosphere and it had lots of vegan options, but unfortunately everything had a really bad freezer-burn taste, like the inside of a fridge. It was so bad that it really made 4 out of the 5 things we got almost unbearable.

Every time I go there, they have homeless people in terrible conditions in front of their door, they always want to open a door for you and place for you exact food orders they want you to purchase and bring them back. Sometimes the homeless would aggressively fight one with another and you won’t be able ti enter the store. And one time a homeless man from the shelter followed me back home to my building and pretended he is making friends with me. This store is very expensive and they charge almost double for all products after pandemic. I don’t want this rip off store in my area, I lived here before this store and I want them to be gone. We are like golden slaughter goose for this store. I want this store go away and something normal priced open here. Also they never employ English speaking people, once I asked if I can work as a cashier there, they said no place, but a week later they employ more people who don’t speak English. You are absolutely useless for my community and people who live in this area, you are just slaughtering us like a golden goose. No one here in this area wants this overpriced store. You are not a part of us, you are using us and everyone knows that.

I was staying at The Bogart a few blocks away and found this grocery which I visited every day. They had a wide variety of food items and an amazing prepared food section with a range of meals that included vegetable, pasta, sushi, salads and much more. Everything I bought was tasty and well prepared! There are also the usual inventory of grocery items including a sizeable deli and good offering of produce. Prices were a bit high and the staff were not friendly at all. I found one lady who worked in the evening standoffish to the point of being downright rude.

Decent selection of food: vegetables, fruits, sandwiches, etc. Sure things are pricey but what isn’t in this economy to be honest. They pretty much have everything that you need essentially, even toiletries. I would recommend stopping by if you’re in the neighborhood. Sushi is made fresh every morning.

open 24 hours! Friendly staff. They sell alcohol. A bit pricey, even for BK, but not outrageous.

As a grocery catering more to those with allergies and dietary restrictions alongside anyone generally health conscious, Food Story should come as no surprise to be a market with higher priced goods. That said, the store's inventory is stocked with plenty of variety and options to accommodate all types of diets. Inside, shelves are packed with narrow aisle and walkways, with lines regularly weaving in and out of those still shopping.
