Love the store. Please keep your employees off the phone when dealing with customers. Heavy set young lady on register 2 tried to charge me $46 for something that was $32 yesterday She was taking on her cellphone saying, " Tell him to look at his phone. Just tell him to look at his phone. He know what I'm talking bout." I explained to her it's impossible my groceries came to $46. She,had just did the same to the customer in front of me. She informed me and pointed, it's also 10%. That still would have been wrong. She did correct it but seemed a bit saucy about it and ,she was in the wrong. She's not a reflection on this wonderful store. Just keep the people off their cellphones while dealing with customers .

This was my first and last time in this store. I entered the store to buy something to cook for dinner and cash back. When the door open I was meet with two things, a awful order and BPD working security. The smell of out dated produce and meats changed my mind. I grabbed a banana and a bottled water and proceeded to the register. There was one person in line they had paid and was waiting...the cashier began to read a receipt and then walked away from the register, Without acknowledging the customer she was assisting. She went over to the officer telling her to go after someone who hadn't paid for their water. Now the other customer she was assisting told me he has been standing there waiting for cash back for 15 to 20 minutes and he's running late for work. When she returned he asked for his cash back and very rudely she snapped at him and said I know I haven't given you your money..... A couple of minutes later she took her sweet time to give it to him. The person who had not paid for the water returned . The water was inside the cart not under the cart. He has several other items that were in bags and not in bags he stated to her I am sorry I had no idea they were not rang up. She stated to him that you know you ain't paid for that ,with a lot of aggression. He said it was in the cart
in clear sight I'm sorry if you did not ring it up. She said you will not blame it on me , as if I have not done my job. So a couple of minutes back I got out of her line and went to the next register. The lady in that line said it was her first time in the store and she would never return again. I purchased my water and banana and entered for cash back at the end of the transaction the young lady was new and being trained when she saw $20 change she did not know what to do, I stated to her that I had asked for cash back .The woman ran over there.. talking under her breath to me saying you shouldn't have took yourself to the line of a new person don't know what they doing..? I told her I got out of your line because you were very rude to me and everyone else. She said I am not rude, I said please give me my money back so I can get out of this store and make sure I never return again !

This store NEVER disappoints every time I go there. They have great buys. And, you don't need a membership to shop there. I love their wings.

My experience was very good. Everyone was helpful, kind and considerate. It would’ve been a five star, but it took couple too many days to get one item and no one called me back to let me know that the item was ready to be picked up but overall everything was good.

Would not recommend. It smells, likely because the cold cases are broken and leaking. The department layout seems very haphazard. That said, the number of staff isn't sufficient for the handful of people in the store. Furthermore, cost+ is theft by deception. There's a reason these store models only exist in certain neighborhoods.

For $6.99 you get a meat and 2 sides. Y'all if you haven't tried the hot bar inside the meat Depot at 5points what are you waiting on?

Horrible!!! Ghetto! I forgot my water and I had my receipt, the guy actually went and looked at the camera to see was I there that day and if I had took water out. Smh then asked if I was about to shop there. Of course NOT. Horrible customer service. Update: They do not have the cheapest prices Fresh value in Bessemer does folks! And Tormae's, also their meat is of more high quality and fresh. It's a couple of cashiers here with good customer service, but the managers are unpleasant like the store.
