Horrible!! My phone died and my debit card was locked. My charger was at home. It's almost closing time, I ask to leave my stuff so I can go get my charger thus turn on my phone so I can unlock my card. I live 3 cities over and have been dedicated to this particular store my whole adult life. By the time I got back the lady at the register (Sadie) already sent my stuff and since it was 1 minute after closing I wasn't allowed to go get it. Today you lost a loyal customer, worst experience, worst then the El Monte Food4Less and that's saying a lot.

this is my local food 4 less, the service itself is great, I particularly love Ana, she is always cheery and super helpful. My issue is with expired/moldy product. I have had 3 experiences total, first 2 has been Naked Juices, when I get home and try to drink them I see they expired a month prior, today was a pack of cheddar cheese, when I got it a logo to the left of it was covering the corners, when it was time to cook, I open it and see a green blob of mold, expiration date is until May 2023 we are barely in March so i don’t know what happened here. Just be careful with this type of things. I did call and they said I can exchange the moldy product if I take a receipt .

I am really surprised about this store, it has never been the cleanest looking store but I used there restroom and should have ran out when I entered, not only filth on the floors but saw green stains in the urinal, mold and mildew all around the sink, caked on dirt and stains under the hand dryer, directly under, was afraid to touch anything honestly, this store should be shut down by the health department. It actually made me think twice about going through the checkout, as dirty and scummy as the restroom was, what is the whole market really like. I won't go to this Kroger Food For less ever again, it was really sickening, and as I complained to management I was only told..."ok, we will look into it" Are both restrooms the same? I got almost no response as I passed by the manager and a male worker after they looked in on the restroom, like it was no big deal. Is there meat department the same filthy mess?

I got salmon today I cooked it and it tasted rotten it cost me $12.00 it is money to the trash is an scam to sale rotten meat because how am I going to return it is disgusting and frustrated it gives me the smell and taste after was cooked.
